Lovely Lakefront 1 Bd/1Bth Walk-in level/WiFi/Slip Available

The minute you walk in to this completely remodeled lake view and poolside condo you will be on your way to a great lake getaway! Our beautifully furnished 420 sq. ft. 1 bedroom walk-in level (from parking) condo is furnished Queen size bed, Queen size sleeper sofa, WIFI, fully equipped w/ all new stainless kitchen appliances, standard 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig, walk-in shower, 55" smart flat-screen TV plus, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video Access & a 10x28 Boat Slip available.

If you have a boat, bring it! Boat slips are available for an extra fee per night depending on size and availability. If you don't have a boat, Aqua Toys Rental is located right next-door to the complex. Please see policy on trailer parking.

Heron Bay is in the heart of the Ozarks, at the 21 MM Osage Beach. There are plenty of fun activities for all ages, like boating, outdoor and indoor water parks, lazer tag, helicopter rides, go-kart tracks, mini-golf, horseback riding, cavern tours, indoor family fun center and a Science Orion Center. Adults can enjoy playing golf, fishing for bass and crappie, shopping at the outlets, small boutiques or antique shops, a romantic dinner cruise, visiting wineries and art galleries, being entertained at one of the music hall shows or the Opry, relaxing at a soothing spa, exploring the natural wonders and famous castle ruins at Ha Ha Tonka State Park, bird watching, and dining out.

Some of the best cuisine in the Midwest can be savored right here at the Lake. Best of all, nearly half of the Lake area's restaurants are located directly on the water or offer a fantastic view of it. Marvel at the panorama of an unlimited channel view, or dine beside a secluded, scenic cove, while you enjoy award-winning continental cuisine and superb wine, Ozarks-style barbecue or fresh-caught catfish. For dining as close to the water as possible, step onto a boat cruise, where you can enjoy dining while viewing the beautiful Lake. After a day of fun at the Lake of the Ozarks, enjoy a night out. Lake-style nightlife includes music galore, including comedy clubs, karaoke bars, live country, blues, jazz and rock-and-roll bands, all year round.

Minimum 3 night rentals on holiday weekends. Check-in is normally 3 pm but we will be happy to offer an early Check-in if possible. Check-out is 11:00 am and we just ask that you take out all trash (including all items in fridge) and wash all dishes before you leave.

Great condo

Great little condo for our Memorial Day weekend stay. The neighbors in the complex are all very friendly. The unit is very close to the pool and an easy drive to anything in Osage Beach!

Cute and quiet place

This was a very nice, cute and quiet place. It was very clean, and had a nice deck to look at the lake at. The only thing was we didn't get a code to get in the place at 4PM like the check-in time said, however I reached out to the owner and she replied with 5 minutes with the code. We will definitely look into this place when coming back to the lake again.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was perfect for my wife and I. It’s ground level access and easy walk to the boat slip made for a perfect vacation. The owner was very patient and answered all of our questions quickly. (Some questions I asked twice by mistake, still she was very pleasant to work with.) we do plan on staying here again.

Cozy and complete unit

We loved it! Very clean. Bed was very comfortable! Unit had everything we needed. Close to golf courses. Very quiet. Parking right outside the door. Nice view of the lake. Bathroom was up to date with a beautiful shower.

GREAT CONDO!

Wonderful place to stay. Everything is exactly as pictured and clean, including the pool. It's just a short distance off the main road in Osage Beach. Lynda, the host, was very prompt in answering any questions we had. There were only 2 drawbacks to our stay. The condo does not come equipped with a hair dryer and the laundry facilities are located up the hill in the sales office. That being said, I still highly recommend this condo for a stay at the Lake.

The flors were not cleaned, sticky dirty but other than that very nice…. Who ever does the house cleaning not sure they are doing a real good job.

Pretty Decent Stay

Honestly wasn’t wowed by the place but also didn’t ruin our weekend trip.(This is meant to be constructive criticism to help future guest have a 5 star stay) Bring your own pillow if you’re picky. The bed pillows were quite flat and there was a stain on one of the cases and another case was dingy colored. Tv remote was broken and could only scroll up and down. And the place was strongly scented with a plug in and an air wick which seeped into the bedding. It was a peaceful quiet location with a really nice patio. Thank you Lynda for being quick to resolve a problem we had after checking in!

Nice small condo

Place was great, small but really nice. Evening worked as it should and overall was a great stay. The only issue was the communication from the property owners telling us where we could launch our boat and store our trailer. The information provided from the renter is not correct. We got our butts chewed for showing up at Aqua Toys to launch our boat which is clearly what it says you should do in the welcome packet. Don't do it people, it's not accurate and they are sick of them sending people to try and use their ramp. There is literally no where to turn around at the bottom and we wasted hours of our stay trying to get our stuck boat back out while getting chewed out by owners on private property. Not good at all! Condo fine, stay experience not so much. People beware, the renting firm hasn't communicated with Aqua Toys at all...

Vacation

The condo was a walk in from the street. No stairs to climb. The couch was not comfortable and it was the only piece of furniture other than the deck wicker chairs and loveseat. Loved the walk in shower.
