Our home has a fenced backyard which is shared by the attached home and leads to the gated, outdoor community pool and hot tub, which serves the 20 homes in the community.

In keeping with our desert area the yard is xeriscape.

You will have access to the whole home and your privacy as you will be the only people staying there. The pool and hot tub are nearby but shared with 20 homes. There is a cleaned 2 car garage attached with a driveway and extra parking in spaces near the home.

We are available 24/7 via call, text or e-mail should a need arise or for suggestions or help.

Our neighborhood is a gated subdivision of the beautiful Entrada development. The 12 homes (20 including Sand Point across Pioneer Pkwy) are all legally zoned vacation homes. All homes in our community are `twin homes` meaning that unlike a townhome that is surrounded by connected homes on either side, ours only have one common wall separating 2 homes. This home is a short walk to the secure fenced pool area providing convenience. There is a restroom at the pool as well as a patio cover that provides some shade.

Cars are necessary to get around. There are numerous bike/hiking trails right outside the community.

There will be extra info on the kitchen counter top about wi-fi password, pool rules, extra keys, remotes for garage and outside security gate.
