Access to the beach and the GR34 at the end of the garden! 6 bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms (bedding 160/200) on the ground floor with bathroom (shower or bath) and toilet each, including 3 with a sea view. 1 bedroom loft with 1 double bed (140/190) and 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190) upstairs. Spa (Jacuzzi) heated all year and secure for children. Living room sea view of 50m2 including living room fireplace (wood included in the price) with plasma tv and dining room. Kitchen and scullery equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, 2 fridges with freezer, dishwasher, 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, coffee makers (1 Nespresso and 1 collective), toaster, kettle, ...

Lovely main room and hot tub; good range of pots, cutlery and crockery - small kitchen, no storage for groceries and tiny oven with broken seal; downstairs bedrooms were nice, light and airy, limited storage; upstairs bedrooms had no access to bathroom and one has no door; bathrooms/shower rooms/ WC ok - would benefit from hooks and mirrors; good laundry facilities, real fire, plenty of hot water; excellent location and manager/owner were very friendly; plenty of parking

Beautiful Place

We had a great time and the spacious and light house right next to the beach. The nice kitchen with 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, and 2 fridges helped us to a lot. The jacuzzi was a nice addition, our kids spent many hour in it (although for the adults the water could have been a touch warmer). A great garden as well. I would recommend to bring your own towels, as the towels for rent are only one per person and therefore somewhat pricey. Also while the WiFi is good and fast enough, it does not reach the whole house.

Logement impeccable, trÚs spacieux et pratique. Grand jardin, mais manque d'intimité avec le voisinage, pas assez arboré. En bout de jardin il y a effectivement une plage mais pas vraiment praticable, marée souvent trÚs basse et peu de profondeur pour se baigner. Heureusement il y a d'autres plages pas trÚs loin, Pors Rand et Kermagen. Le sillon de Talbert à proximité à faire, c'est une curiosité, c'est trÚs beau. dans l'ensemble bon séjour.

Gßte spacieux et trÚs bien situé

Le gßte correspond à ce que nous en attendions. trÚs agréable avec belle vue sur le sillon Talbert séjour salon trÚs spacieux cuisine plus étroite belles chambres au RDC trÚs bien situé ce qui nous a permis de faire la cÎte , des 2 cotés dont Ploumanac'h avec ses granits roses mais aussi visiter Tréguier , le chùteau de la Roche Jagu .....

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison pour des retrouvailles familiales, et la maison est trÚs agréable! La grande salle de vie est particuliÚrement appréciable, avec vue sur la mer et spa. nous sommes arrivĂ©es le samedi a 17 ,nous avons fait le tour avec la personne qui s'occupe du mĂ©nage et de l'accueil RAS. Apres nous ĂȘtre installĂ©, nous nous sommes aperçu que deux mĂ©canisme de chasse d'eau wc du rdc ne fonctionnaient pas dont 1 wc l'abattant bougĂ©, nous avons rĂ©ussi a rĂ©parer un mĂ©canisme de chasse d'eau Dans une chambre toujours au rdc ( attention l'eau chaude se trouve a droite sur le lavabo), Au rdc des moutons de poussiĂšres sous un lit . pour info les 2 chambres a l'Ă©tage sont faite uniquement pour des enfants, ou ado.vu la hauteur sous toit et nĂ©cessiterait un coin toilette Attention aussi au portail il ne ferme pas correctement ,par grand vent nous l'avons retrouvĂ© ouvert et battant. Tout cela ne nous a pas empĂȘcher de passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour avec une maison agrĂ©able.

Das Haus liegt an einer schönen Bucht mitten im Vogel-&Austerngebiet und bietet viel Natur. Der Preis ist aber fĂŒr die QualitĂ€t des Hauses viel zu hoch. Diverse billige Baumaterialien(Tapeten,BĂ€der)und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit haben zu Schimmelstellen gefĂŒhrt. Keine ÖV!
