- Starter Kit: To get your stay started, we provide (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, a sponge, and a kitchen trash bag. Guests are responsible for any additional toiletries or paper products needed.

Property location was perfect! Close to pool and amenities which we all enjoyed. Also, we were close to beach, groceries and restaurants. Would recommend the property to anyone looking for a nice family vacation in Delaware.

Great property

Enjoy all of the property. Just wish we had access to the pool and tennis court. They wanted us to pay $300 for 3 adults and 3 teens for just 1 day of use. That was impossible.

Nice stay despite the weather

Glad to have the indoor/outdoor pools nearby since the weather was chilly and rainy most of the week. Management company was quickly responsive when I called about our missing linen package and they promptly replaced a beeping smoke detector battery. Screen porch was lovely and the game/puzzle closet was well stocked. We had a great time!

Extra long weekend

The property was nice. In a nice community. The amenities are extra. Internet access is spotty at best. Which was fine for unplugging from life but not great for GPS or to google restaurants. Could have been a little cleaner. Our stay was good. We had a nice relaxing time. Staff was also very nice.

Summer Fun

The place we stayed was very nice. Website was confusing! Couldn't find the prices for linens! Didn't know if I was going to receive them or not. Lugged all sheets and towels to find out we did receive linens! Emails very confusing! Here is a list of emails I received: 3/7 Thanking for Reservation, 3/7 Signed Contract, 3/8 Damage Waiver, 6/11 Payment receipt (amount due only), 7/2 Welcome letter stating "property will not come with linens"!!! I never received an email with detailed payment made!

Disappointed with the stay. It was run down and definitely needs some updating especially for the price. Carpets and blankets were gross. Dishwasher broke and water was everywhere on last day stay. Suggest - how about hardwoods since pets are allowed.

House was good - COLD showers.

House is clean and wiped down. You can tell the property manager does a good job. Good house for a family, it's broken in (not bad, just lived in). **One GIANT annoyance is that the owner and/or property manager has put some sort of hot water governor on the showers. I'm assuming this is to deter renters from taking long hot showers. It's terrible and needs to be addressed.

Lovely Getaway

Well maintained unit in terrific neighborhood. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Great screened in porch. However, the shower in the upstairs bathroom never got hot- no matter what time of day. Also there was no hand soap or dishwasher detergent. This seems like an oversight as we’ve stayed in plenty of rentals that provide these items. Also, be sure to pack your own beach chairs, the ones at the house are old and rusted. We have stayed at Bear Trap Dunes for the past 3 years and love the community.

nice stay

nice place. as advertised. in a nice quiet development (almost too quiet). pool, tennis courts and pavilion directly across the street. shuttle to the beach picks you up at the pavilion. beach shuttle runs about every 45 min starting around 9am. last ride from beach around 4:30pm. parking can be tricky in Bethany so shuttle is nice. played late round of golf at Bear Trap Dunes, course is very nice and walked just a couple blocks back to the place. Short stay so didn't get to use the grill which i'm sure I would've enjoyed on the deck. My family had a nice time, would recommend. Couple of stains on kitchen countertop when we arrived, no big deal but was afraid we'd get blamed

Great Getaway!

Better than photos! Beautiful, spacious, clean, well-stocked, comfortable home. Great location in a quiet, lovely community. Close to Bethany Beach(a challenge to park) and Fenwick State Beach ($10 to park for the day). More than we expected- very well-stocked kitchen, garage with beach toys and chairs, closet with games, deck with grill and table with umbrella, laundry. Lots of charging outlets. It is close to the Pavilion with indoor and outdoor pools, gym, tennis, shuttle to Bethany Beach etc. (Note: You need to buy passes at $50. each to use any of these amenities). We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Great Stay

We loved our stay and took advantage of all the house had to offer! Crabs on the deck, BBQ on the grill, relaxing on the screened in porch, and more. The game closet was a fun surprise! Kitchen and rooms are all well equipped and the decor was charming. Great location, close to grocery stories and just a short drive to the beach. The house was also spotless!

Great location, beautiful home

Perfect location to enjoy Bethany Beach away from crowds. Located in a development featuring plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied and happy even without the beach. Everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and the kids wanted to stay longer, including two teenagers. Home was cery clean and kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple of delicious meals in house. Beds were very comfortable and wifi worked great. Would come back again in a heartbeat!
