Wonderful stay at this property

This beautiful property was perfect for our family of six adults and four children under 5. There was plenty of living space and the screened in porch was perfect for relaxing and playing in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cups and silverware.We were able to walk to the pavilion for the fitness, pool and the playground. Also, the shuttle stop was just steps away. We definitely hope to stay here again next year!

Hidden Gem

We were traveling for Softball Nationals and there were 14 of us. This house offered the perfect amount of space, amenities, activities and location for all of our needs. Highly recommend for family get together, sports teams, or just regular vacation. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

Great House

The house was very well kept and met our needs perfectly. The setting was great with a pond out back. However, the only complaint is that the air conditioner is located next to the screened-in porch and was loud when we were sitting out and it was running. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Read the fine print

house is very conveniently located. However, the pool and extra amenities are not included in the final price. We found a pacifier under the master bed (that was not ours) and dirt in the jacuzzi tub. You barely received any supplies, and comforters may or may not be clean when you use them. Bathroom door upstairs does not shut all the way.

Annual Bethany Beach Vacay

We love Bear Trap & all the amenities it offers, the house truly has everything you need. The screened in porch is very nice, and the pond outback is a nice feature as well. I maybe just be a stickler because we’ve rented many a house in Bear Trap and I just have a liking of things being of a particular condition. I would say everyone else would probably give it 5 stars for everything! A definite plus it has 3 full bathrooms, and the baths were all very clean. Love that the linen services are automatically included. We ended up not bringing our dog, the other family brought theirs, but it’s nice to have the pet friendly option. I did end up buying a few pans to cook in, the ones at the house were just too old for me, but everything else was good. And for some reason the dishwasher had a terrible smell, maybe the drain just needs to be clean, I just ran it empty a few times. Overall it’s a really nice home, and very comfortably accommodated our family of 4 and our friend’s family of 5 with their fur baby. We’ll always come back to Bear Trap!

No Glory at 96 October Glory

At first site it's a beautiful place. After afew hours a number of issues were apparent. Ants were through out the home. Got in our food, cloths, bodies and furniture. An issue our entire stay. No internet for two and a half days. Microwave didn't work and we were promised a replacement but never received it.

Nice property

Property was clean and house was spacious.. loved the inclosed patio and lake out back. There was 5 couples and room accomadations was good. Not far from the beach and alot of nice restaurants in driving distance. The recycle bin was full and property manager came out and emptied right away. I will go back again.

Beautiful Family Vacation

Everything about our vacation was great. The only thing I would recommend is that the cleaning could be more thorough. especially because we had little ones playing on the floor. Bathrooms needed more attention. There were minor things such as garbage accumulating in the garage in the heat and minor fixes. The management was excellent and overall we would rent again.

Great amenities on the property, pool, sauna, spa, baby pool , tennis courts, play ground. The restaurant was very pretty with beautiful views of the golf course , and the food was delicious. Ocean view was a nice area with some great stores and restaurants. My family already are talking about coming back to the area.

Great Week

Loved this spacious home for our two families. We thought the Rec center fee was steep (50/person) but needed to get them to use the pool, pickleball courts, and the shuttle to the beach.
