Our apartment "The terraces of Quarteira" consists of
- 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin)

Large terrace of 30 m2 with barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy meals outdoors.

Generous shared swimming pool with small bath for children in a large green area.
Quiet and secure environment with restricted access (only for owners and tenants).
And for holidays with friends, we have a second apartment "la casa Marcos" in the same residence and on the same landing, of similar composition.
The Roseiral residence has a central location: near BP, Jaffers, Pingo Doce supermarket, Aquashow water park, Take Away, Restaurants ...

Wonderful

We loved our stay. The apartment is so lovely and spacious and homely. So comfortable. We felt very at home. It’s in a nice location with beaches and shops and bars within walking distance. When we come back to visit family again we will definitely be using this apartment!

The apartment was well equipped but furnishings are looking tired ready for replacing especially the wicker outside furniture which was quite bad so to justify the price this needs to be addressed the outside space is lovely and overall a comfortable apartment

Nice apartment, but far to walk to the beach area.

We stayed here for 2 months in the winter months. It was very quiet, but a 20 minute walk from the beach, and all uphill. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, and the balcony beautiful. The entry to this building is by a steep downward slope and looks unkept. Anyone with mobility issues would definitely need a car, as the garage is at the bottom of this slope. The apartment is well equipped, and is located about a 10 minute walk from a couple of good grocery stores. The pool area is very nice, but the weather was too cool for us to use it.

Great value and location

Our family of 4 had a great 6 week stay at this property, which is exactly as described and pictured. Kitchen well stocked, beds very comfortable. Large patio overlooking both the pool and driveway/neighbors was wonderful with morning sun and for extra space to do a workout and relax. Location was great with a number of restaurants and a supermarket within about a 4 minute walk. Go a little further (~12 minutes) and get to numerous others. Quarteria beach/town 1 mile (15 minute walk) and Villamoura marina and town about 1.5 miles (25 minute walk). Good parking underneath. Pool not heated but clean and we started using it for quick dips end of March. Not all the features worked smoothly - one of the patio doors was hard to open and lock, dishwasher was touch and go and patio furniture falling apart, we were anxious sitting on some for fear of it breaking. Check-in required meeting someone for keys and when our flights were delayed/missed, we couldn't check in after 8pm which required an extra night and money in a hotel unexpectedly. Overall we enjoyed our long stay at this lovely apartment!

Appartement bien situé dans un cadre agréable.L'appartement est bien équipé,il ne manque rien.La piscine est très appréciable.Place de parking privé dans un garage, ascenseur.Belle terrasse avec beau salon de jardin , transat Climatisation dans la pièce de vie, le point négatif,pas de climatisation dans les chambres à coucher, juste des ventilateurs assez bruyant.Nous avons loué une voiture, c'est très pratique pour visiter les belles plages et petites villes de l Algarve.Dans la ville de Quarteira, il ne manque rien, supermarché, restaurant, station essence....À 15 minutes à pied de l'appartement, il y a un petit restaurant qui ne paye pas de mine mais qui est vraiment authentique ! C'est le restaurant Piri PiriUn grand merci à Héléna pour son accueil et sa sympathie.

Les plus: emplacement parfait, piscine agreable, intérireur et terrasse tres agreable. Petits bémols les avions le soir mais ils s'arrêtent assez tôt et la clé de la porte de la résidence qui fonctionnait très mal.

Super stay in Quarteira in June

Stayed here for 16 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The bed was especially comfy which is always very important for a relaxing holiday. In fact, this is one of our most important criteria so that we are well rested to enjoy our holiday. The bedroom and living area open up onto a spacious balcony which was in the sun from mid morning until 4pm. The balcony was well equipped with two sunbeds, table and chairs, easy chairs, umbrella and bbq. We didn’t end up using the bbq so can’t comment. It did sometimes get very windy on the balcony. The kitchen could maybe need updating but had everything we needed if we wanted to eat in. The location is in a quiet residential area. We walked to the beach and it took us 25 minutes but it’s a nice walk into town and to the beaches. It was a very safe neighbourhood. We were pleased we chose this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Quarteira.

Excellent séjour en Algarve

Pendant 10 jours, la situation centrale de Vilamoura nous a permis de visiter l'Algarve, de Tavira jusqu'à la pointe de Sagres et à la Serra de Monchique. L'appartement lui-même, très grand et bien aménagé, et donnant accès à une piscine privée, est une excellente base de séjour, d'autant que Sarah et Françoise sont très réactives. Je recommande vivement !

The apartment was excellent. Our contact lady was very helpful. The weather was perfect for all but 2 days. The parking garage was interesting - very tight plus why would they put a post in front of the garage door??

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment ideally located between Vilamoura and Quateria areas - both easily accessible by walking 20-25 minutes. Uber prices 4-5€. We used this service to come home after an evening out. Supermarket 5 minute walk away. Beach 15-20 minute walk. Apartment has everything you could possibly need. Pool area very clean and quiet. Check in easy. Defiantly would re-book.

Fantastisch apartement zeer groot!!! Heerlijk groot zwembad en rustig. Alles netjes bij aankomst.We werden super ontvangen door Sarah die ons fijne tips heeft gegeven over Portugal. Supermarkt en strand op loopafstand grote boulevard in de buurt. Super vakantie!! Zeker voor herhaling!

Super location de vacances

Attention l'appartement se situe à Quarteira et non à Vilamoura. Appartement spacieux et aéré terasse extra et piscine aux dimensions genereuses rien à redire hormis l'acces au parking est trop exigu. Tout un periple pour entrer ou sortir la voiture.
