Located in quite residential area very near to Vilamoura and Quarteira centre.
Town of Quarteira is only a short walk and worth visiting. There a daily market with fresh fish, fruits, vegetables and a widerange of inexpensive restaurants and nice shops. There are plenty of cafes on the seafront where it is very enjoyable to sit and watch the sunset among other things.
Vilamoura marina, full of nightlife, bars,restaurants and shops is also less than 10 minute walk.

Excellent location, ideal for walking to either Vilamoura or Quarteira. Super facilities - if a little dated in places. Plenty of kitchen equipment, air conditioning and lots of hot water. Excellent pool and garden area. Super communication with the host before and during our stay. Would recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Quarteria flat

Convinient location and close to Velamora marina and Qarteria main walk next to the beach with a lot of restorants and gift shops and nice beaches. Also close to food stores and pretty good Pizza place. Has parking space for car, inside pool, and balcone which we enjoyed very much

Relax and enjoy

Very good complex, swimming pool, very clean and we have everything what we need. We feel like we are at home. Really enjoy our vacation. More than enough space for two families. Very close to the beach - beautiful boardwalk, grocery store. Very close to Vilamoura. Thanks a lot to Erica for her attention.

Two week stay end of July 19

We are a family of four (2 teenagers) and this appartment was much larger than we expected and had everything we needed for a two week stay. Whilst some of furnishings are a bit tired this didn’t bother us and the appartment was spotlessly clean and the owner arranged for a cleaner part way through the holiday as well. It’s in a lovely location just back from the beach with easy access to Vilamoura and Quarteira. The pool area has a really nice garden feel and the pool itself was very clean. Some issue seen with other younger families in the complex having a disagreement over inflatables in the pool (apparently against the rules) with another appartment owner- again this didn’t affect us but if you have you children who want inflatables and balls etc in the pool it might be an issue. The owner was extremely helpful, very friendly and met us personally to greet us and show us around the appartment which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we come back to this part of Portugal. Thanks for a great holiday.

A localização e as condições do condomínio e do apartamento são excelentes. A D. Celissia sempre disponível. Não gostei da colónia de gatos que circula pelo condomínio, na zona do estacionamento e da piscina, chegando mesmo a intimidar-me a circulação com a minha cadela na zona permitida.

relaxing break in lovely apartment

We booked a week long trip in June in this apartment which is on a small complex midway between Vilamoura and Quarteira. The apartment was bigger than we'd expected, on the first floor, and with views on three sides, including the sea and the pool. Booking was straightforward and Celissia replied promptly to communications via HomeAway, which made us feel very reassured. She arranged a pick up for us at the airport and was there at the apartment to meet us and show us around and give information about the complex. When later we had a problem with the television set top box she came back twice to sort it out for us. The apartment has two good sized bedrooms, one a double and one a twin, with two bathrooms. The main living /dining area is large and comfortable, and the kitchen modern with all necessary appliances including a washing machine. The large balcony had its own table and chairs overlooking the pool and got the morning sun. We were within easy walking distance of the beach, three or four supermarkets and the bus stop. It took a little under half an hour to walk to the Marina. On other days we took the bus to Albufeira and to Faro, and from the marina we had a boat trip out to the Benagil caves. Celissia left us an information sheet giving directions and advice about local eateries and so on. We found the prices reasonable in the supermarkets and local restaurants. At this time of year (early June) it was really a little too cold to swim in the sea or the pool but the weather was warm and sunny throughout our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of booking it.

Nous recommandons cet appartement pour son placement entre piscine et plage ! Nous y avons été au calme et avions tout à quelques minutes de marche. L’appartement est bien équipé et possède la vue mer depuis toutes les pièces ! Enfin, Celissia a été parfaite depuis la réservation jusqu’à notre départ.

A very clean and comfortable apartment in a perfect location

This is the second year we have stayed in this same apartment and I'll be booking again for next year very soon. The apartment is clean and very comfortable with everything the family needs including dishwasher and washing machine etc. Also with great wifi and satellite tv to keep the kids entertained. The pool is very clean and big enough that it never gets crowded. The beach is within few minute walk as is local supermarkets. The town of Quarteira is within 10 minutes and offers lovely restaurants and shops at cheaper prices than the marina. The marina itself is a very pleasant 10 - 15 min walk along the beach front. There are great restaurants and bars that will cater for all tastes. This apartment couldn't be better located. The owner is very friendly and helpful too and is always there if you need her to help with any issues. Thankyou.

Fine apartment and excellent location

We were staying in the Quarteira apartment for about six and half months. Celissia was really helpful and ready to provide us with whatever we wished, though the apartment was extremely well equipped and nothing else was needed. A special thanks for the barbecue possibilities on the balcony, we used it at least once a week. This was our second year in Quarteira & Vilamoura, and we really enjoyed our staying. All elements for an perfect holiday were close: services, pure nature and really friendly Portuguese people. We are coming back in November for another five or six months.

Well located restful family suitable apartment.

My family 2 adults and 2teenagwrs stayed in this apartment. It was spacious, well equipped, well maintained and as described. We enjoyed many evenings dining on the balcony. It was within approx 10 minutes walk from the cosmopolitan Vilamoura marina and a similar walk from the more Portugese area of Quateria. We relaxed by the pool most mornings and visited the beach in the afternoon. Supermarkets were very close approx 5 minutes walk. The owner was extremely helpful and on hand to answer any queries. The complex is quite, relaxing and family oriented.
