Like the location, the AC in bedroom and living room, full kitchen, washer & dryer.
Amazing sunset views from this location. This space was very clean and organized. The only downfall, is the bed isnāt very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this location again.
This property is great and I loved that it was stocked with nice kitchen wares and some detergent and dishwasher soap and other helpful items. Means a lot. Nice condo and the beach/ grill area is the best. Makes for a really enjoyable evening We would stay again for sure

First, the property management company was friendly and very responsive. And the property grounds themselves were well taken care of. Mostly quiet apart from a bit of traffic noise. If total quiet is important to you itās useful to know that the windows donāt close completely. They are those frosted slatted windows. It was tolerable and Iām sure itās good for airflow but if youāre a light sleeper like me youāre going to want ear plugs. It also made remote work a touch difficult at times. I highly recommend a car. There is a deli next door that has a lot of essentials but if you want to go into town much itās about a 30 minute walk and unfortunately the trolley was really unreliable when we were there. Bottom line is this was a perfectly fine place to stay, but the property fee makes it a little too expensive for what youāre getting ultimately. You might look into booking directly to save a bit of cash.
This is our third trip to Hawaii and we have always stayed at Kona Isle. Great location and very nice complex. This particular unit the best of all three: updated nicely and clean. Would recommend it to friends for sure.
Instead of paying a fortune for a big name hotel, we chose to stay at a local condo. This was a great choice and the neighbors and fellow visitors were equally friendly as well. Close to everything only about 10 minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona.
Property was very nice and well kept. Quiet. I liked that the buildings have a feeling of a Hawaiian buildings and not just a hotel looking structure. The sitting area by the ocean was wonderful. Saw several people grilling (I did not) and enjoying sunsets in the evening. The unit was as describe and had everything I needed. I liked being on the end as better breeze on the lanai and views of the mountains and ocean. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom which made for a couple warm nights. I slept comfortably on the couch those nights. a couple extra floor fans helped direct cooler air into the bedroom. Bed was very comfy. I would return to the unit and the complex again.
Property located on the beach. This condo is third floor at the rear of the property, nearer to the road. Traffic noise sometimes but not really an issue. Well maintained unit with nice balcony and partial water views.

Great visit at Michelle's place! Updated condo with nice amenities, the beach chairs and cooler worked great for a day trip! Very pleasant and quiet grounds with clean swimming pool and relaxing beach area. Comfortable bed as well, would highly recommend!
We loved our stay at your place! The sunsets, pool, lanai, and living quarters were perfect. It was an ideal home base on the Kona side of the island. It was a short walk downtown and to the farmerās market. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay so complete!

We are thoroughly happy with this condo & property. The location was perfect. The area on the coast to watch the sunset & listen to the surf was wonderful. I miss sitting on the lanai having coffee in the morning. Weāll definitely book there again!!
Property is well kept, the condo was comfortable with many fresh upgrades including furniture and appliances (washer and dryer). We enjoyed spending time on the deck with coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. Also enjoyed the option of relaxing by the pool or on the sand near the water under the Palm trees.
We spent 9 nights at this Kona Isle rental. The condo came with lots of helpful amenities (starter pantry items, Tupperware, dish soap, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, shampoo, soap, beach towels, cooler) that made us feel at home even more. The new mattress was comfortable. We enjoyed going to the grounds downstairs to lounge on the beach chairs in the late afternoon and watch the amazing sunset almost everyday. Watching the waves crash against the shore was super relaxing. We also used the shared bbq grills a couple of times to cook dinner. The property didnāt feel too crowded during our stay. Spent many nights hanging out on the lanai. The location was great, even without a car (although itās much better if you do have one). The walk to the main town where they have lots of restaurants took around 25 min which we did several times. There are lots of public shoreline access points in both directions from the property. Safeway delivered groceries to us without issue. Internet was reliable as I was working remotely during the day.
Condo was very clean & well organized. Was nice to have so many of the basics provided.
Complex is beautifully maintained, on-site manager does a great job!
Nice location, we did deal with a bit of traffic congestion due to road work in Kailua-Kona.
Nice and relaxing location. The view was enjoyable. The daily trash pickup was unexpected. Overall, this is a really nice condo with a relaxing pool and lounge area.

Condo that has it all
This condo had everything we needed! From kitchen supplies, to beach equipment, it had more than we could have asked for! I wish the couch and bed were slightly more comfy but by the time we came home from exploring all day, it didnāt entirely matter! The check in process was super easy as was check out. We will definitely come back!
