E Komo Mai! We invite you to enjoy our little piece of paradise. Start your day with a cup of freshly ground Kona coffee on the lanai as you soak in the breathtaking views of Hualalai. Whether you're planning a day of snorkeling at nearby beaches, relaxing with a book from the complex's lending library, or simply unwinding by the ocean, this corner unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. During winter months, you might even catch a glimpse of whales as you relax by the oceanfront. End your day with sunset cocktails at the oceanfront beach area, where you can grill fresh-caught mahi mahi and enjoy the serene ambiance.

Top-Floor Corner Unit: Located on the third floor (no elevator), this one-bedroom condo offers great airflow and a partial ocean view.
Bedroom & Living Area: The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living area includes a sofa sleeper with a comfortable 8” mattress.
Well-Stocked Kitchen: Includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer for your convenience.
Updated Amenities: In mid-2023, we installed a ductless mini-split AC system in the living room and bedroom, and replaced the lanai door with a full-wall lanai door.
Comfortable & Cool: Ceiling fans in every room ensure a comfortable stay.
Community Amenities:
Oceanfront Complex: Enjoy a solar-heated swimming pool near the ocean, a sandy man-made beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues.
Unique Saltwater Pool: Adjacent to the property, the saltwater pool is owned by the State of Hawaii and offers a unique swimming experience. Use at your own risk.
Private Beach Area: Lounge chairs and community BBQ grills are available for your use.
Convenient Location: The town of Kailua, with shopping and restaurants, is a short walk away, as are beaches, snorkeling spots, and the Ali'i Gardens Marketplace. The Kona Trolley conveniently stops along Ali'i Drive if you prefer not to walk or drive.
CONSTRUCTION NOTE
Complex is beginning repairs on the stairwell located on the west (makai) end of the C Building on Monday, November 24th. This stairwell will be closed for approximately 2–3 weeks. Guests staying in the E Building and entering from the parking lot will need to use the alternate route around the B Building. Work hours will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work scheduled.
Additional Information:
Free Wi-Fi and long-distance calls to Canada and the US Mainland.
Minimum night stay varies seasonally (5-10 nights).
