This condo mixes "secluded tropical escape" and "close to the action," effortlessly. My recent stay here was nothing short of spectacular, offering a front-row seat to the Pacific while keeping the comforts of home well within reach. It’s a very short, easy drive to downtown Kona. You can enjoy the bustling shops, restaurants, and historical sites on Ali'i Drive, then retreat back to your quiet sanctuary in minutes.

The condo was very clean, very nice decor, and quiet. The ceiling fans kept the unit cool and the AC in the bedroom worked well, too. We liked having a corner unit to enjoy the ocean and the landscaping. It was fantastic to be right on the ocean to hear and watch the waves. Beautiful view! We will definitely return. One thing is that they called the complex Holualoa Village. But it is really Kona Riviera Villas.

We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful ocean views, the peaceful setting, and the comfort of the condo — hearing and watching the waves is really something special. We also appreciate you pointing out the naming confusion — thank you for that - we’ll make sure everything is clear moving forward.

Great condo!

Great location and condo! The apartment was cleaned as well as the property (except some dead cockroaches around the paths - probably because of insecticide). Also very quiet place, you only hear the waves and not the traffic from the road. We had a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The suite is dated. AC only in bedroom. Description is misleading. Great view. Great location. Just really, really, really expensive. Also, I know how much Americans hate Canadians, so I didn’t feel safe on several occasions. Will probably never go back to Hawaii or America for that matter.

Spacious condo with amazing view

The condo is in great location a little south of the busiest area of Kailua Kona bay. Less commercial but still very convenient. It has a great ocean/pool view. The condo is spacious with a sink in master bedroom which provides additional convenience. Checkin and checkout very easy. We enjoyed it very much.

Great Condo/Location!

We stayed at this property for five days in September ‘23 and it is exactly as shown on the website. The location is on the main road through Kona, which was extremely convenient. The condo has extras such as ice chests, chairs, beach mats and includes a full kitchen with all the necessities. On-site washers/dryers. Easy check-in and out. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.
