This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a fully remodeled and reconstructed open space layout located just steps from the fabulous free Wildwood beach and boardwalk on family friendly Maple Avenue, between the Famous Morey's piers!

Modern and well-lit, this spacious unit sleeps up to 10, and is fully equipped with a stocked kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances. With an open living/dining space, it's perfect for preparing large meals and enjoying time with your entire group. Step outside onto the front covered furnished patio to enjoy a beverage with the beach air, and have a front row seat for the Friday night fireworks!

In addition to ceiling fans inside and out, your comfort is also assured with central air conditioning, a private washer and dryer, highspeed wifi internet and smart TVs located in every room. Log into your Amazon or Netflix account, or enjoy the complimentary live streaming TV service.

Offstreet parking for one car is provided, and in most cases a second compact car can be accommodated. No need to hassle with lugging everybody's beach chairs and umbrellas to the ocean either, as we provide an umbrella and four chairs in a storage box that's located near the water!

Perfect place to stay

When we walked in, we immediately noticed how clean it was. The pictures on the listing are exactly what you see when you walk into the house. The proximity to the boardwalk and access to the beach was perfect. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. Communication with the owner was great. They were always quick with a response and very helpful and friendly.

Excellent Beach Condo

Great property! Condo is extremely clean. Love the open concept. One short block away from The boardwalk (rides and arcade). Quick drive to cape may zoo. I definitely enjoyed my stay.would book again. I could see why it books so fast for the summer. Great location !

Wonderful Roomy Accommodations

We recently stayed during the Firefighter’s convention in September. The location is close enough to walk to everything yet far enough away from noise and hustle and bustle that we had no issues with sleep for our baby. The neighborhood was very nice. We stayed on the first floor and the common area feels so large we definitely could have entertained there or had a more family stay. I also loved that there was a master suite. Everything was very updated and the kitchen was fully equipped and clean. Communication was so spot on that I didn’t have to reach out once, but I felt welcomed to if need be. Information sent prior to check it was very thorough. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

The Perfect Place

This is, hands down, the best place we ever stayed for our shore vacations. Every single thing written in the description is true. It's so clean and everything is up to date. We were kind of confused about the parking when we first arrived so we called Brian. He is the ultimate host. He picked up on the 2nd ring! We got the issue all straightened out immediately. The closeness to the boardwalk was excellent. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Brian!!!

Beautiful, spacious, clean, super close to boardwalk!

This was our third year as a family in wildwood and the best property we have stayed at to date. Only about a block from the boardwalk and positioned perfectly either direction. The fresh remodel is very nice! Big kitchen and beautiful countertops. New appliances and dishwasher. We were sooo overjoyed when we found out they even had a high chair for our 16 month old!!! The living room was spacious with nice furniture and plenty of space for activities. Lots of classic board games are there for the rainy days. TVs in every room with all your favorite apps preloaded and even Hulu for live tv. Nice roomy and clean bathrooms too! The parking situation was confusing at first but Carmine was readily available to answer my phone call and explain in detail. IF I had one negative thing to say, it would be that being on the lower level of a 3 story complex, the noise from the guests above walking around and doing whatever got kind of annoying. Especially with two young kids trying to sleep, but that comes with the territory of a multi family property such as this. I still give it 5 stars!!

Best Vacation Rental Ever

We were looking for a property near the beach and boardwalk and this one delivered everything it promised and more! The location is perfect - a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk and everything the boardwalk has to offer. The condo is spacious, modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The owners even provide a beach locker stocked with chairs and an umbrella so you don’t need to haul all of your gear on and off the beach every day. This was our first visit to Wildwood but won’t be our last because we found such a terrific place to stay.
