Vacation

The windows didn’t lock it took me an hour to figure out how to lock them. I have a medical issue that requires me not to be without my phone. The service was horrible. I had to stay in my truck half the night to have service. The room was outdated and just not comfortable. I have asked for a refund. We only stayed one night and left. We were too far up to not have service and to not be comfortable

Need to Increase Comfort Level

The condo needs serious updating of furniture and mattresses. The mattresses were extremely old and uncomfortable. The eighties are calling for their furnishings back!

Nice place

The room was nice. The laundry was conveniently located and the air conditioner worked well. The television in the living room and master bedroom didn’t work. The on-site staff did not help with issues inside the room. I attempted to contact the online support, but I didn’t have enough phone service and the call kept dropping.

Christmas vacation

I loved this location, the condo was clean and perfect for my family. Thank you for allowing me to rent your property. There was one small issues not having any pillow cases for the extra pillows and the tub in the master bed did not drain well, but problem was solved temporally by my husband. That's something you may can look into. However we loved it. Thank you and will be renting again if you have us. Also do you have any properties in Florida

We was told on the reservation of so many accommodations and were stuck with absolutely none, no pool, no Cable, no Jacuzzi, no game system, no Arcade and when tried to get in touch with someone or property manager was a joke and when asked for a refund we received 150 dollars when we gave over 500 for the room and asked others who where staying they had all there expenses reimbursed

The Beds were not comfortable at all. (they were Horrible ) The kitchen was not well stocked with kitchen supplies. The tile was coming up on the entryway floor . The pool was great and the view was amazing . The drive up and down from town not fun . NO internet service in building , had to go outside to make a cell phone call. Saw bears almost everyday though that was nice . would rate a 4/10 mostly for pool and bear experience . Would not stay here agian .

The beds were the worst we have ever slept in and we had back pain every day. There was slimy moldy looking stuff on back bedroom shower curtain. The plug in front bathroom didn’t work for my straightener. Bedroom plug didn’t work. Light switch broke off in living room by couch. Lights flickered the whole time.

Unprepared for visitors

Immediately when we got to the property, it noticed there was construction on the building we were staying in, and was not made aware of it. We originally had our stay for the 9th to the 12th and changed it due to scheduling, and when we arrived we noticed a note on the door saying that the building wouldn't even be open on the 9th, so it seems pretty weird to me that they would have allowed us to book for that day of we wouldn't even be able to use the apartment. The Wi-Fi was not working for the first couple hours,making it nearly impossible to even contact the property manager. And after contacting the manager it took them two days to even order to come check the issues. The pathway leading to the building essentially had a moat around it due to the construction and there was a thin piece of plywood to walk over it, considering we're on vacation with luggage, this not only seemed impractical but also very dangerous. There was screws/nails sticking out of the floor where the carpet met the other flooring. The water pressure was amazing and almost too powerful on all the sinks, however in the master suite bathroom, the shower head had almost no pressure and it was nearly impossible to get the water to only come out of the shower head and not the faucet as well. The pictures of the pools are misleading size wise. The welcome kits left in the bathrooms and kitchen were a nice addition. And the surrounding sights were gorgeous, and truly the best part.

Not terrible

We love the location. This was actually our second time staying in the same exact condo that we had. 2 years ago was great! Lots of bears around but only one seen this time. As far as the condo, it’s not terrible. It’s clean which is really all that matters to me. The bad was that the toilets didn’t flush very well, the hall bathroom door doesn’t shut, and the balcony needed to be cleaned. It did smell like cigarette smoke badly but I brought sanitizing spray thank goodness. The recliner is broken. The air worked great though. Some electrical outlets didn’t work and pray you don’t get stomping neighbors above you. That was awful. Codes did not work to the door so we had to call for the actual key but that was resolved quickly. Decent condo. It just needs a little updating and work to it. Not bad for the price.

We arrived and the code that was sent to me day before would not unlock door so it took a little bit of time to get ahold of someone and get new code. Then the indoor spa and pool was being remodeled and it didn't say that in listing it said there was an indoor pool land spa that could be used so I contacted the place about this and they told me they would give me a partial refund and it's been almost 3 weeks and haven't heard anything back. The floor in kitchen was falling in and refrigerator was sitting up against wall of wall wouldn't have been there it would have fell over. The location was awesome seen a lot of bear but will never stay in the same building or same room again

Needs updating

The property needs updating. There were chipped places in the baseboards and they were very dirty. We are a family of four staying for three nights and only got four washcloths. Overall it is a nice place but needs updating and a little better care with the cleanliness.

Basic comfy condo

We were so sad the clubhouse pool and hot tub were closed during our stay. We also had an issue with little ants being everywhere on the kitchen sink and countertops. We were lucky enough to be able to see a little bear below our balcony.

The condo

The condo was very dirty, shower room drainage was faulty. The customer services during the stay was very poor. I called to make reports but none of my requests were attended to. The door was not looking so each time we left the condo we feared for our belongings. It was the waist vacation venue. We have been to Gatlinburg 4 times but this time was not good

Short getaway

The condo was in the perfect location at the top of the mountains. The views were breath taking! Everything was as listed in the description. There was plenty of room for our family. The mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa or pillow cases for the extra pillows. The condo was cleaned and ready early and we got a text letting us know we could check in early if we wished. It was a great short getaway!

Awful outdated..

Upon arrival. Old dirty food in oven, 1 blanket for master bedroom with a bug spray 2 gal. Tank dripping on it.... NASTY .. No batteries in main living room, remote in master bedroom didn't work. Cleaning crew could even be bothered to put the back , back on the TV remote or put the dvds laying on stand. The shower has zero water pressure. Unfortunately this is extremely outdated . It looks like you stepped into a time warp. Starting with grandmas wallpaper, shag rug and run down appliances refrigerator kept leaking all over the floor.. Closet door fell off as it is broken. ABSOLUTELY ZERO, ZILCH INTERNET. VERIZON OR T MOBILE. Called with in 20 mins of being in the place they brought up 2 new blankets the next morning that was all they did .. would not recommend staying here ever. This rental should be removed until repairs and updates are done. Motel 6 would be cleaner and nicer.
