Summary:

SanDiegoPoolHome proudly presents this beautifully renovated one-story home 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego! This home features an amazing saltwater pool with a beautiful rock slide, waterfall, and an in-ground hot tub! The newly-built outdoor entertainment area features a full cooking area complete with grill, outdoor fridge, fire pit with chairs, and a large outdoor TV. The outdoor area also features a mini golf course, cornhole boards, hammock chairs, and a picnic table for outdoor eating.



The Space:

The pool can be heated for an additional $150/day with a 3 day minimum, but the spa is included in your stay.



The interior of the home features 5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, and comfortably house up to 12 guests! Three of the bedrooms contain queen-size beds and a fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, while the last bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and a pool table! There is a washer and dryer located off one of the guest bathrooms, and the master bedroom has a fireplace and a TV! The kitchen has all the basic appliances you’ll need, including stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and dishwasher, and a dining table right next to the kitchen for meals. The living room features a sectional sofa gathered around a wall-mounted smart TV for enjoying movies as a family.



This home is situated close to the intersection of the 805 and 54 freeways, and is close to Downtown San Diego, plenty of dining and shopping, and the Sesame Place San Diego water park, and other San Diego attractions are only a short drive away! There are plenty of great casual dining places nearby, as well as a couple bars and breweries to enjoy a drink. The 5 freeway is only minutes away, and will take you into the heart of Downtown San Diego, as well as Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo, and a further journey on the 5 will take you to Old Town San Diego and the various San Diego beaches!

Pool heating is available for $150 per night. Please notify us in advance if you intend to bring pets with you and specify the number of pets. Please be aware that there is a pet fee of $100 per pet. This fee is necessary to cover additional cleaning and maintenance to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation.



Interaction with Guests:

Absolutely no noise is allowed outside after 10:00. This is a family oriented neighborhood. We do not allow any disruption of our neighbors peace and quiet. We want to make sure you know that we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, disturbing the neighbors, or exceeding the maximum number of guests. Rental agreements will immediately be terminated and guests will be made to leave if there are any violations of these terms. Your security deposited will NOT be refunded if you violate these terms.

Great spot for a bunch of dudes but some simple things should be updated or touched up. Be careful on the water slide because the pool isn’t as deep as you’d think would be required for a water slide installed by a pool. Overall we were satisfied. Outside neighborhood was seasoned, but that’s not a controllable in most situations. Entire house shakes when one of the shower is on. Coffee pot didn’t work and they said they would instacart a new one but it never showed up

Quick and easy to get to all of the attractions. House was great for the family, a lot to do while hanging out. Only downside was we couldn't use the waterslide because it was too rough. Left scrapes on the kids. Otherwise this place was great and we would stay again

Nice backyard

Backyard was great. The pool and slide were nice. Had some issues with the hottub, but someone came and looked at it promptly. The games outside were great for the family. Bedrooms were adequate. We ran out of serving spoons for Thanksgiving dinner, but otherwise well stocked. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent/dish soap.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but we were disappointed with several things. A property booklet would have been helpful. The front yard needed care. The windows filthy. Broken tub stopper in one bathroom, no batteries in the big clock or carbon monoxide monitor. Broken ice maker in the freezer. Also we were afraid to make any noise in the evening because of an abundance of signs threatening expulsion.We had a nice time watching movies by the fire pit and inside. Many large beds for couples. For the cost of this rental I expected better.

Perfect Getaway Home

This house was perfect for our group. 5 rooms with beds. Clean bathrooms. The pool was very nice and the outdoor activities were a bonus. It was nice to sit in the backyard by the fire pit and have coffee or a beer. House was very spacious and accommodated us nicely. My only suggestion would be ceiling fans for the rooms, but other than that, a perfect stay. I would absolutely love to come back again. – House is close to SD Downtown. Maybe a 15 drive. Easy access to the freeway and a Target + Mall is literally 3 min away.

Better than expected!

My group of 10 had the perfect space!! The pool table and the outside fire pit kept the young adults entertained!! The heated pool and putt-putt kept the little ones entertained!! The sunken in sitting area was the spot for myself and my husband!!!! The house was as pictured, if not better! The neighborhood was quiet. If I had to say something that was needed, it would be: some type of tub grippers. Shower time for everyone was an event. I would absolutely recommend this property!
