Stylish Duplex in Palermo Hollywood

Recently re-decorated, a home away from home and located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, this small yet spacious, luminous, well distributed and fully equipped duplex will surely make your stay in Buenos Aires comfortable and pleasant.

My apartment is very cozy, ideal for solo travelers or a couple. Enjoy the balcony during spring and summer time under the shade of a over 50-year-old tree, or chill at the new sofa with a/c inside. For winter time, do not worry, I have 3 heaters in the house (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs).

Full access to the apartment, plus:
- Laundry room (washer and dryer) in the building, currently working with coins.
- Terrace at last floor of the building, with views and a secondary terrace with wooden deck with showers and a bathroom.

This apartment is furnished and equipped for your convenience and that of future guests. In order for future tenants to enjoy the same experience, we appreciate you to take care of the property and its contents and leave it as you found it.
Please avoid noise disturbances at inappropriate hours.
Smoking, pets and children are not allowed.

This loft in Palermo Hollywood was perfect for my purposes. It was comfortable, clean, well equipped for a three-week stay, and well-located for dining and shopping. The loft bedroom was very comfortable with an upstairs bathroom. The owner, Victoria, stayed in close contact with me to help me get settled. She was a really great asset to my trip to Argentina.Across the street from the apartment is the Thelonius Club, the top jazz club, in Buenos Aires if you like music. A real treat if you're into music. Almacen de Pizza is straight across from the apartment for a tasty dinner.
