Gorgeous Caribbean 5 Bedroom House Right on the Beach!

Welcome to Simon's House located on quiet Grand Turk Island in Turks and Caicos! Grand Turk is a short flight from Providenciales. The house can sleep 12 guests with four king size ensuite bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps four. All bedrooms are located on the main floor with open kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level. The advantage of this are the private oceanic views and constant cool breeze while cooking family meals, socializing on the sofa or relaxing on the balcony with friends and family. The upstairs balcony facing the ocean has an added screened in area allowing the cool breeze in while keeping the mozzies out.

Along with having the beach so close, the house is walking distance to restaurants, bars and dive shops that can provide boating trips, snorkel trips, and of course, diving excursions and lessons.

Grand Turk is a short flight from Providenciales. For more info on flying there from Providenciales, please check 'Intercaribbean Airways' or 'Caicos Express' websites for airfare pricing and availability.

We are both self employed and enjoy working from the comforts of home. We are also parents of two adult children. Simon works as an independent accounts manager for several local companies and I, Bernadette, work in my studio creating designs for clothing and home. We have traveled to West Coast Canada but have also visited Simon's family in Scotland and, just recently, my family in the Philippines. We have been visiting Turks and Caicos for almost two decades! We enjoy the great weather and friendly, easy going locals. Although we've had amazing fun in Providenciales, GRAND TURK is where we now enjoy our holidays. During our visits to Turks and Caicos, we've enjoyed family holidays, a wedding, and contributing to the renovation of new homes and an Inne for others to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

The house is located on Grand Turk where island life is quieter and more serene. The locals are friendly - the beaches and ocean warm and welcoming . The home serves as a vacation haven for us and our closest relatives residing mostly in Canada and Scotland. The family has owned property on Providenciales but life there, although fun and exciting, has gotten too busy. We all now love the seclusion of Grand Turk and it's welcoming and friendly people.

What makes this property unique

The home provides an open yet private hub for large families or groups who enjoy time spent together but also the privacy each bedroom can provide. There are 4 ensuite king sized bedrooms and 4 person bunk room all with air conditioning for a comfortable sleep or recovering nap. And of course, it is located right on the beach!
