It was wonderful. The place was nice beautiful furniture. I love the old antique style. Everything was just so great. Had our own penthouse parking so we will be renting again next year

Took a week of well-deserved vacation at North Myrtle Beach. The penthouse had plenty of space and a large deck with ocean view. Like many beach houses, the unit could use some maintenance.

The PH is nice but could use a few upgrades such as bigger tv's in the bedrooms, better explained parking ( as we had a huge issue with other guests as soon as we arrived), more pots and pans that are non stick and larger, and more reliable internet. They did address the parking and internet issues when we telephoned. They even replaced their internet equipment however even then only 1 person could use internet and them it still would buffer occasionally. We were there through a tropical storm and had a few leaks at doors but they came immediately and addressed every issue. All in all it was a very nice place with attentive reality company, they did all they could for us. We might consider returning if all the upgrades were accomplished but the parking and internet is a must for our family. The view from the huge deck is amazing and we really enjoyed it. We still had a wonderful vacation.

Great location and beautiful deck! Very clean :) Some minor repairs could be done (blinds in some windows did not open) but nothing that drastically deferred from the enjoyment of the vacation.

The location of the property was excellent for access to the beach. The property was roomy enough for my family of 5 to spread out, but also allowed us to sit down together for meals. Our biggest complaint was the wifi. It would go out pretty frequently and had limited availability in the condo.

Myrtle Beach

Absolutely beautiful home with gorgeous ocean views. Did not provide sheets on any of the beds. No linens like they advertised, no towels and washcloths. Most people dont bring those things when stated they provide. Never had the wi-fi working. Some fans are needed. 75 degrees not comfortable for all people. Spent several $$ for fans and towels and sheets for the beds. Deck is beautiful but unsafe. Some of the tiles are caving in. Great neighbor downstairs. Really sweet lady. Would stay again!!!
