It is a brand new studio apartment, recently renovated, to accommodate anyone who wants to visit the city enjoying the folklore and the true Neapolitan atmosphere.

I really enjoyed my stay, Claudia was accommodating and the place came at an optimal value. I felt like I was in the heart of Naples, outside your door is the Via Dei Tribunali, one of the most famous streets in the city. Access to attractions, the train, and restaurants was close and readily available.

Spent NYE in Naples and this apartment was a great location to be in the hustle and bustle of the city and to see fireworks. Tbh r best part was the host who had amazing communication and helped me a lot with my lost luggage.

My husband and I loved our stay in Naples! The apartment was extremely comfortable and exactly like advertised. The check-in process was smooth and Claudia was super communicative and answered any and all questions we had. She was even kind enough to leave us a treat since we were on our honeymoon. If we are ever back in the area, would definitely want to stay here again!

This apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Naples! The owner clearly has lots of care for the property as it is incredibly clean and well stocked. There is plenty of space in all of the rooms (way more than expected!) and the area is safe thanks to the gated courtyard. We walked everywhere in Naples and used trains to get to the archaeological sites and found that the location was ideal for this. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to others going to Naples. If you do stay, definitely check out the Michele pizzeria only a 5 minute walk away! Best pizza we’ve ever had :)

Center of Naples

Pictures and explanations of the property are accurate. Very nice studio apartment in the middle of Spaccanapoli, restaurants, shops, key sights all within walking distance. Room is spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils for those looking to stay in to eat. Though Spaccanopoli is bustling, apartment is located on the inside of the building and this no noise is heard from the streets. Claudia was very responsive and helpful throughout the check in and check out process.

Great price for a spacious room.

Located behind gates that leads to a steep stairway and you arrive at a nicely decorated place. Air conditioned and has large windows opening up onto a typical Italian courtyard. Walkable to several markets and pizza places that are some of the best in the city. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She was so nice to leave us several breakfast items for us. It’s a nice place and you can’t beat the price.

Great location!

Very clean and well-equipped apartment in the heart of the city. There were even some extras, like cream and coffee (and Prosecco for a NYE toast!) The location was really great with good access to train station and many restaurants and attractions. Claudia was very easy to communicate with. Only reason I gave a 4/5 for check in was that when our taxi dropped us off we waited for 20 minutes to be let into complex - only when another tenant arrived were we able to get through the main gate. Claudia checked on us via WhatsApp about 10 minutes later. It was New Year's Eve when we arrived so the city was very crowded. Apartment was quiet all other days we were there. I would recommend this place.

Clean and comfortable on chaotic street

The property is attractive and very comfortable once you are inside.Since we had not yet acquired a European SIM card, communication with the owner was almost impossible. The entrance was a set of 15 steep and difficult steps that included a trip hazard at the top. My wife fell and injured her shoulder. Bathroom and Kitchen well equipped except for scratched Teflon frying pans.This property is not suitable for everyone.

Lovely Little Gem in the Heart of Napoli

Claudia was a very sweet, attentive and informative host. She communicated with us regularly to make sure everything went smoothly. She provided a map of the city and showed us many places to go and many things to do. She was really helpful, even arranging our taxi back to the airport for us. The apartment is in a great location in the historic centre. The area is full of shops, bars and restaurants and many fantastic pizza places and there is a lot of historic interest too. It is a very buzzy area full of life and atmosphere but as the apartment is in a courtyard set back from the road it is a lovely, quiet oasis. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, bright, very spacious and even nicer and bigger than it looks in the photos. It has everything you could want and very cosy too. We absolutely loved Napoli and Claudia's gorgeous apartment and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Claudia.

Die Lage ist das absolute Plus dieser Wohnung. Obwohl mitten in der Altstadt recht ruhig, da sie im Hinterhof liegt. Einziger Mangel ist morgens das fehlende Tageslicht.

Muy limpio y próximo a la estación de tren. Gran inconveniente: dificultades para dormir: a) colchón y almohadas no muy cómodas, b) dificil dormir pq toda la estancia no queda en oscuridad, permanece parcialmente iluminada aunque apagues las luces debido a que las luces de neón exteriores están pagadas a ambas ventanas . Gran experiencia

Gracias a Claudia magnífica anfitriona. Nos dio todas las facilidades para hacer la entrada y salida y nos explico donde estaba el supermercado y nos dio recomendaciones para ir a sitios para comer.El apartamento es tal cual las fotos y está situado en una magnífica ubicación céntrica pero muy tranquila. Cerca de la estación garibaldi andando a unos 15 minutos que te permite moverte a Pompeya, Herculano o cualquier otra ciudad que quieras visitar. Estaba limpio y ordenado. Estuvimos dos personas adultas muy cómodas. Si vuelvo otra vez vendré sin dudarlo a esta casa. Muchas gracias Claudia por todo!

Muy buena opción de alojamiento en el centro de Nápoles. En una de las vias principales de la ciudad con muchas opciones de restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Se puede llegar andando a todas partes. El apartamento está super bien, todo nuevo y bien cuidado. La atención de la propietaria, Claudia, perfecta. Atenta en todo momento y nos facilitó el check-in y toda la información necesaria para nuestra estancia. Está como dentro de un conjunto de apartamentos que tiene un patio interior, lo que hace que sea muy silencioso y alejado del ruido de Nápoles. Repetiríamos sin duda.
