The only negative points:1) high 3rd floor without elevator ( heavy luggage like ours not recommanded!)2) adding a Nespresso coffe machine would be a grear idea!But the location is ideal, the accomation is good

Close to lots of stuff

Loved how centrally located the apartment was. Super close to the metro, bus and some ports. A lot of sites to see are 15-20 minute walk away!

Fantastic apartment and an even better host!

The apartment is in a great location. Very comfortable bed. WiFi is SUPER fast! Dario and his wife greeted me upon arrival and gave me a virtual tour of the city right from the living room, they pointed out a lot of highlights of Naples. Had a wonderful stay and hope to go back in the future.

We had a wonderful trip! Dario is very kind and helpful host. He met us at the apartment on the first day and helped with my luggage. He explained everything about the apartment amenities. He then took time to give us tips on tourist areas and what to see in the Napoli area. Explained where the harbor ferries were located for trips to Ischia, Almafi, Positano, Sorrento, etc. He had maps with metro train information at the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. The location to everything in Naples is amazing!

Dario the host is a very proud Napolian … he cares, welcoming us in person even though we arrived close to midnight! He carefully explains all important aspects of the property eg the multiple aspects of the secure entry. The location is great … nice and central and many restaurant options nearby. Also, we greatly appreciated the chance to leave our bags until 2:30pm on checkout day.

Owners went out of their way to make this experience one of a reflection of living In Naples. They were very helpful & accommodating. So close to activities. Only drawback was we were in our 70s and there wasn’t a lift. Lots of stairs. Keep in mind people, this is Italy & not your country, surroundings, nor home.

Excellent position to explore the city

This apartment is 2 minutes walk to the metro and about 10 minutes walk to the Greek quarter. It’s in an excellent position to get to anywhere in the city. You’re in the heart of things so be prepared for it to be noisy! Dario is the perfect host, great at communication and enjoyed telling us all about what to see and do while we were in Naples. I’d highly recommend going to the St Genaro catacombs and the Napoli Subterranean. As well, of course, going to Pompeii and Versuvius We were lucky enough to be in Napoli when their team won the Serie A for the first time in 33 years, the place was buzzing.

The host was very friendly. The apartment was clean, basic items were found, Two toilets was a nice thing. The air wasn`t hot so we don`t know how the fans would work in the heat. The location was good, although it was a bit difficult to find because there were no house numbers. The environment was not the cleanest, but Naples is`nt the cleanest city, which makes it an interesting city.

Nice Apartment in a Great Location

The apartment is roomy and nicely equipped with all the modern conveniences. It had the best/fastest Wi-Fi connection of all the places we stayed during our 3-month Italy adventure. The half-bath on the same level as the main bedroom is also a very nice feature. The apartment is located within an easy walk of most of the historical attractions in Naples. In less than two minutes you can walk to a metro station that allows for direct access to the main train station. From there you have easy access to Pompei, Vesuvius, etc. There are also numerous cafe bars and restaurants in the immediate area of the apartment. Dario was a great host, providing us with lots of information on the local area and attractions. He would occasionally message me to make sure everything was going okay, and was always quick to respond to any messages/questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Het appartement is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen. Beneden een studio met compleet keukenblok, tweepersoonsbed en badkamer (wastafel, bidet, toilet en douche), boven (open trap) een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, eigen toilet en wastafel. Netjes schoongemaakt en gezellig ingericht. Geen lift, trap van 64 treden naar de voordeur.

Sehr gute Wohnung in Neapel zum fairen Preis

Die Absprache mit Dario hat sehr gut geklappt. Bei Fragen zu Reisezielen hat er gerne weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung hat den Bildern entsprochen und wahr ziemlich groß und sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung fanden wir auch gut. Wer in Neapel Urlaub machen möchte, macht mit der Wohnung nichts verkehrt.

Wonderful stay in the historic centre of Naples

May husband and I were very pleased with our host Dario and his lovely appartment within the historic centre of Naples. Dario was a fab host, he wad very welcoming on arrival and flexible with our entry time. Dario speaks English and is very good at providing advice on the local area, getting arround and how to get the best from your visit. His explanation of how to use the appartments facilities was easy to understand and he encouraged us to contact him daily via whatsapp with any questions or concerns. Dario kindly helped us take our luggage to a local resturant, whom he had made arrangements with to store it for us prior to leaving for the airport later in the day. The appartment was perfect for us, it is spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. This was very important for me as I have neck and back problems, Im pleased to say I had a restful sleep every night. The couch was spacious and cofortable to strech out on and relax after a long day exploring the sights in and arround Naples. Having a toilet up stairs and downstairs was a real bonus. We didn't cook in the flat but used the coffee pot throughout the day and really enjoyed this. The appartment was clean and a suply of cleaning products were present. Dario has a large collection of guide books in multiple languages to help you plan your trips. The appertmemnt is in a great location close to the port with excellent transport options a few minutes walk away. We used the University metro regularly. Its just a 2 minute walk from the appartment. The 5000 bus to Pompii is a 3 minute walk to the Port bus terminus. It takes 35 minutes and was less busy than the train. We ate well and at a good price in the resturants and cafes close to the appartment. We liked this option as it allowed us to freshen up after a days sight-seeing before we went out for dinner in the evening.

Mein Partner und ich haben einen Trip durch Italien gemacht und sind für 1 Woche bei Dario (Vermieter) untergekommen. Die Kommunikation mit Dario war super. Dario hat auf jeder unserer Fragen in umgehend geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Nähe zur den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist super. Dario ist ein außerordentlich freundlicher Mensch, der einem glaubhaft versichert, das er jegliche Wünsche und Fragen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllen und beantworten kann. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort. Hiermit auch noch einmal, vielen lieben Dank!

Appartement bien équipé et idéalement situé pour découvrir à pied le Naples historique

L'appartement, situé à deux pas de la place Bovio et de la station de métro Universita, est conforme à la description de l'annonce, propre, confortable, bien équipé. On peut accéder facilement à la plupart des sites incontournables d'une première découverte de Naples. Le quartier dispose de nombreux commerces, restaurants, bars ... A une station de métro se trouve la gare centrale d'où partent des trains pour Herculanum, Pompéi et autres sites. Nous avons beaucoup marché durant un séjour d'une semaine riche en découvertes et expériences. Un grand merci au propriétaire, Dario, pour sa gentillesse, son accueil très chaleureux (malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée) et les conseils avisés et fort utiles qu'il nous a prodigués pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour dans la ville dont il parle avec beaucoup de passion, et on le comprend. Nous ne pouvons donc que recommander cette adresse, à une réserve près, ne pas avoir de problèmes de mobilité car il y a une soixantaine de marches pour accéder à l'appartement.

Apartment was cute and well-furnished, Dario was responsive will all questions and spoke very good english. Great wi-fi. Located near marina and subway stop for easy access. May need to inquire about mosquito repellent on a seasonal basis, Dario had a great repellent device once we new to use it.

The best place to explore Naples

This apartment is located in a safe area as well as to access everything easily - subway station, Naples historical center and many other attractions. The structure of the room is quite a unique which tells you an interesting Naples' history. The rooms are clean and equipped. The owner is a very sincere person, and tries to accommodate your needs. I appreciate his advice and suggestion during my stay in Naples.

Malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée Dario et Luciana ont été patients et disponibles.Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, nous ont donné des conseils de visite et durant notre séjour ils sont restés en contact avec nous tout en étant discrets.
