Secluded Sag Harbor Cottage - HUGE pool and separate bungalow/pool house

The rental is for the entire property.

This is a real country cottage - renovated with cathedral-style ceilings with finished exposed beams, clean all white interior, hardwood floors, with large skylights and screened-in porch!

The huge 30'+ x 40'+ L-shaped pool has a 10-foot deep end, diving board, and water slide.

Located just a mile from Main Street Sag Harbor and at the end of a private driveway the fenced-in 200 x 100 foot property is far from any roads and offers complete privacy.

Two bedrooms, one bath, a large kitchen/dining/living area, and a screened-in porch.

A separate a guest "bungalow" with sliding glass door, four double-hung windows, a ceiling fan, and full size futon bed is a third "bedroom" or can double as a pool house or office or studio (shown in last three photos). The bungalow provides a quiet and beautifully private space for teleworking or to hold online meetings.

Huge yard - an over-sized hammock and picnic table, Weber grill, lawn/pool furniture and a lot of room to play complement the large swimming pool.

Walking/biking distance to Sag Harbor Village (1 mile) and Long Beach, 10-minute drive (5 miles) to ocean beaches.

W/D, DW, WIFI, Cottage is also handicap accessible. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
