Welcome to the NOFO—where you'll be greeted by beautiful beaches, dozens of wineries and some of the best cuisine New York has to offer!

And welcome to our home: a fully-renovated, brand new everything stylish retreat located in Southold—just minutes from Goose Creek Beach, North Fork Roasting Company, Southold Fish Market and Corey Creek Winery.

Every inch of the house and its furnishings are brand new. It features tons of natural light via vaulted ceilings and multiple skylights throughout the living, family and kitchen areas. With an open concept, this property offers the perfect space for families looking to entertain, dine, grill and enjoy the peacefulness of this cul-de-sac property.

The house has been curated with love and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
