The living room and the kitchen open onto the terrace, the bay windows disappear into the wall entirely.

Sheets, towels and cleaning at end of stay included.

Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
It is located near the marine village of Pinarello, a quiet location bordered by a magnificent white sand beach.
You will walk to the beach (300m) by taking the path crossing the pine forest.

The villa is fully equipped:

Induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, Senséo, toaster, TV, internet.

A deposit check of 2000 € (not cashed) is to be deposited upon your arrival. If you do not have a checkbook, it is a bank transfer of 800 €. The deposit is returned the week following your departure.

MAGNIFIQUE

séjour très agréable dans une villa très fonctionnelle avec piscine. Très calme et très proche du centre de Pinarello et des plages. Absolument à retourner pour y séjourner a nouveau.

Un séjour familial remarquable dans une Villa toute neuve et moderne avec piscine. Idéal avec des enfants. Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui habitent juste à coté. Très bien situé à 300 mètre de la mer et à moins d'1km du centre de Pinarello Très tranquille loin de l'agitation estivale des grandes plages ou des grandes villes. Pinarello est idéalement situé pour profiter de la Mer (Bonifacio, Port Vecchio, des plages et de ses activités nautiques) et de la montagne ALTA ROCCA (VTT, Canyoning et randonnées). Une semaine placée sous le soleil et la bonne humeur...

Vacances idéales

La villa est toute neuve et bien conçue. La piscine est parfaite et plus grande que celle du descriptif de l'annonce. La plage est à 300M à pieds et les commerces de proximité facilement accessibles en voiture. La maison est très agréable à vivre et très facile à entretenir rien ne manque sauf des oreillers supplémentaires peut être 😁 ( habitués des hôtels que nous sommes ). Bref je recommande vivement cette maison pour sa situation et sa conception. Nous reviendrons très certainement à cette adresse. Concernant les propriétaires ils nous ont très bien accueilli et ils sont disponibles en cas de besoin puisqu'ils résident dans le quartier.
