Cobalt at Waterdance-Sleeps 38-Beautiful Home in Garden City, year round pools!

Waterdance Bear Lake is located in the center of Garden City, Utah. Stay warm all winter long with the year-round indoor pool/spa with pickleball, playground, ping pong and more. Heated outdoor pool access open Memorial Day-Labor Day. Close to pools, beaches, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to trails leading to mountains.

We are located in the heart of Garden City at Bear Lake, within walking distance, via the bike path, to shops and beach with easy access to trails leading to mountains.

Cobalt is the North unit in the Triplex. It is fully furnished and sleeps 38 guests on 4369 sq ft, with 8 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, patio with fire pit, and 2 large great rooms.

It is attached to the Blue Topaz unit off of the main floor kitchens through two doors. All three homes (Aquamarine, Blue Topaz, and Cobalt) within the larger home have their own fire pit and grill (gas is provided), but share a large grass area out back. The kitchens are well stocked with cookware. They are stocked with most basic cookware and kitchen appliances. If you are not sure if we have it, it is best to ask or bring it from home if possible.

We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.

We do not allow pets in this home.

Family reunion

Walking distance to park, market, milkshakes. Walking/Bike path runs right in front of building. Close to the beach. Pool was a favorite with the kids. We didn’t realize this was a triplex when we made the reservation but we never heard any sounds through the adjoining wall. We had 38 people and there are not 38 chairs and bar stools in the dining area but we made it work just fine. Everyone had a great time.

It was beautiful, spacious, inviting, and a great stay! We loved the pool amenity, the patio, the grass area, the kiddie play area in the building...perfect for the littles...the washer/dryer came in handy, and the space was perfect for our group of 30! We can't wait to book this again sometime.

Great location

We all enjoyed our stay at cobalt. There is plenty of parking. We brought a boat, a sides by side and 5 vehicles and parked with no problem, although this unit does not have any garage access for parking. The rooms were all very comfortable. The only thing we could not find was the ironing board and iron. There is a grill out back but no tools to use on it but other than that it is a pretty well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, bowls, mixers, blender, etc. There were no directions to light the fire pit and when I texted norm he came quickly to show us how to use it. The pool is so fun for the kids they had a great time there.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed the time we spent here. The house was great with a lot of room for everyone. The grass yard and access to the pool kept everyone happy and entertained.
