We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hair dryer, beach towels, additional umbrellas and beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation. *All of our properties do require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and other busy times of year.

Perfect gulf coast trip!

The property was clean, very well decorated, and had amazing views. Plenty of towels and linens were provided and beds were comfortable. The location is wonderful - you wake up to the room-length windows showing off that beautiful beach! Our boys really enjoyed the beach side pool. Already looking at dates to come back!

Location and amenities are excellent, outdoor pool being on beach side is something I underestimated being very nice. Kenny D’s being beside Leeward Key and the outdoor seating is a great experience. Location to everything and the boardwalk and walking/bike path make the neighborhood inviting to walk. Look forward to coming back to this unit. Clean and easy to clean with all tile and washer/dryer/dishwasher.

Our stay at Leeward Key 603 was absolutely perfect. We don’t have a single complaint. I am a clean freak and always bring cleaning supplies when we travel-there was nothing to clean here! Spotless! Everything worked as it should have, and we had everything we needed to get started on our stay. This condo has to have the most beautiful view of Miramar Beach, there is no doubt we will stay here again!

We loved our stay at this condo. The unit was spacious, nicely furnished, and had all the amenities you could need. The view from this unit cannot be adequately captured from any pictures. It is breathtaking! The easy access to the be was amazing, beachside pool and beach service was very nice. This is our third year in a row in Destin at three different condos, and this was by far the best experience. I would highly recommend.

Great, Our 15th Repeat Trip

We loved this unit, similar to a number of other units in Leeward Key where we have stayed over the years. Well furnished, clean and comfortable. We take our puppy and that worked out fine. HOA has banned renters from having pets after 9/8/21 so we will be looking for some place else. Only downside was the pool guy was a jerk, not our experiences in the past.
