Spacious home newly remodeled with all high end touches. This house has water and Boston skyline views. Each bedroom and floor has it's own split system air conditioning for maximum comfort. Preferred neighborhood of North Weymouth which is 10 miles from Boston. This house provides a convenient location for you and your family to explore the city or Cape Cod with all the comforts of home. Full laundry facilities are on the same floor with the bedrooms. 2 decks to relax and enjoy the views. Steps from Johnson beach, Wessagussett beach, Lane beach, and perfectly located for exploration of Boston and Cape Cod. A 5 minute drive to the harbor shuttle terminal which leaves from Hingham to Boston Long Wharf and Logan Airport. Only a 7 minute walk to the MBTA bus stop for trips to Nantasket beach or Boston, and 5 minute drive to MBTA commuter rail.

This home was a perfect “base” for our Boston/Cape Cod vacation. Lovely, quaint neighborhood area. Loved the beach right down the road. Beautiful sunsets every evening from the deck. And the home was clean, beautiful, and had all the basics we needed for a comfortable stay. Great response from the host when we had questions. Just Perfect

The house was just the right size for my family of four. It was charming and literally across the street from the water. The view from the deck was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and a perfect respite after running around the Boston area all day. Jerry, the host, was great! Attentive to our needs and requests. He was available and kind. Great facilities

A really good property, very clean and has everything you need for your vacation. It is in a great location with a wonderful view over the water to the Boston skyline. It is peaceful and has good transport links by road and ferry, so a good base for exploring. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return when we are back in the area.

a lovely retreat

We loved our retreat in Weymouth! It was a lovely place to relax after exploring the city. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to gather together while also providing individual space for privacy after so much time together. We loved our time on the deck overlooking the beautiful bay with the Boston skyline in the distance- coffee in the morning and sampling local brews during sunset was time well spent!

Excellent, accomodation with air-con in all rooms, a welcome addition for recent high temperatures. Great location and convenient to take the ferry from Hingham to Boston. Also perfect place to relax, watch the boats pass by and see the sunset.

Great spot to stay, fairly close to Boston if you want to drive or take the T into the city. The place is extremely clean and recently updated with some very nice touches. The host is easy to get in contact with and in a timely manner. Thanks again, we had a wonderful stay.

September week in North Weymouth

Had a great week in North Weymouth. Property was excellent and as advertised. Ferry to Boston only 5-10 mins away and that was really useful. Lots of food options (shops, restaurants and take aways) all within easy access. Would definitely stay again.
