About this property

We welcome Short & Long Term Guest .

Jesse’s Flat is comfy and sparkling clean and one of our most popular flats.
We are located at The Farm at Westwinds, just three miles from Historic Downtown Aiken.
We are fully furnished including a fully stocked kitchen and wonderful crisp white linens. Our guests love the quiet evenings and wonderful views of the woodlands and pines. There are walking paths on the back of our property as well as a fire pit and there is also a playground for children. We raise rabbits and hope to have chickens and goats in 2022.
Jesse’s Flat is a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends. We have seven flats located on 10 acres with a veggie and flower garden.
We are located in a small, quiet neighborhood where I have lived most of my life. Many of our guests walk, run or ride bikes in this area and our local biking club peddles through frequently.
We love it here and think you will too.

Super cute, easy access to everything in Aiken

The property was adorable and very easy to get to and from Bruce's Field and downtown Aiken. Will definitly stay again when I return to Aiken!

Perfect place to stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. It had everything I needed and it was peaceful. Deb and her husband were wonderful hosts - she was quick to respond if I needed anything. Next time I’m down in SC visiting my family, this is the only place I will stay.

Can't Wait to Go Back

Debbie & Harry love their small neighborhood and it shows. We felt at home immediately - far enough out of town but no more than 10-minutes to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Next time we stay in Aiken we will be back for sure.

I was in Aiken for a week for a horse show and training camp. This property was conveniently located. My flat was super clean and well equipped. The property owners live on sight and were super friendly and responsive.

My husband and I totally enjoyed staying at his house. It was super clean and super cute and very comfortable. The owners live next-door and they were available to answer all our questions and help us out with anything we needed. We hope to stay there again,when we are in Aiken!

Location was only six or seven minutes from downtown Aiken South Carolina the house was very nice the unit was absolutely beautiful clean a little patio on the back charcoal grill out in the woods that they have they had a nice big fire pit very nice

I am 63 and was born in Aiken SC and have lived here all my life. We love Aiken and believe you will too. Over the last 20 years, I have hosted guests to large exclusive homes and 10 years ago purchased this beautiful land with 7 flats from my dear beloved mother. It's been a great journey and we have met the most wonderful folks who stay at Westwinds. We love doggies, rabbits, and humans.

We are special because we are just 3 miles from downtown Aiken and have 10 acres of garden, beautiful pines, and strolling paths. We believe this is blessed land as most folks who stay here always feel relaxed and enjoy the homey feeling of the south.

What makes this property unique

Close to Downtown Aiken, just a few hours away from Atlanta Ga, Charleston, Beaufort, Hilton Head, SC Mountains. Our guests have complete privicy. Our flats are sparkling clean upon arrival and we allow well behaved pets.
