The Protection Damage Policy is specific to certain items being damaged. The separate damage/utility deposit is for use of PAY PER VIEW CABLE type services, smaller items not covered by the Protection policy, and over occupancy charged as outlined. In addition, the listed cleaning service is for departure cleaning. We do have a required twice a month cleaning for your 30 day or more stay! Cleaning rate applies!

Hattie’s place

A great spot with multiple units creates a great atmosphere and a unique level of privacy. Very close to the beach and many great restaurants. Deborah is a lovely lady, host and neighbor. I would highly recommend this place if you go to Galveston.
