I got the house for my grandson birthday just to get away the pool was dirty and took 2 days for them to come out and clean it. The 2 queen beds are up stairs my Father in law can't walk up the stairs and had to sleep in a bunk bed the window to the back door had a hole in it and I told the host and they never responded need to say we couldn't even enjoy the pool so paid for a day pass at the hotel more money spent
So spacious and such a welcoming host. Clear communication and all questions answered promptly. Can’t wait to stay again in our next trip to Galveston.

Thanks for your review! We love hearing from our guests. We can’t wait to host you again soon.
We did enjoy the house. I think the only little thing is the fact that needs pest control inside the house.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Location
While the property was surface clean, the walls and ceiling were nasty. Toilet set on first floor missing a screw. Neighbors dog pooped right by back door everyday. The mosquitoes are horrible.
It’s an older house and definitely has its quirks but we enjoyed it overall. The only real issue was the parking. It’s a long narrow drive and if you have multiple cars you have to move around and switch out. The beachbox people were really helpful.

We didnt want to leave! My son and I pretty much stayed on the 2nd story, and it was so comfortable. ( was just he and I) The childrens loft was adorable, if you have littles. We had everything we needed. The list that is provided on the things we may bring was helpful. (Such as aluminum foil for the oven)The neighborhood was peaceful..My son and I had a great time!
