Great Place to be!

Went down to ATL for my buddy’s bachelor party. Check-in was quick and easy the host made sure everything was taken care of. Close enough to downtown and the Braves stadium. Nice and quiet around the property. Would recommend!!

Quiet place.

A house of history. I like the little tells of how old the house is. The house is quiet. I love the backyard and the little porch on the side. I would recommend this house.

Good Location

Slow response to communication leading up to stay and during. Check in process was a little strange and not super convenient. Once checked in the house was bigger than expected. Upstairs bedrooms connect through a downstairs bedroom to the rest of the house leaving very little privacy in some rooms. Location close to a MARTA stop so it was very easy to get downtown.

Nice Stay

This was a nice property and even dealing with the property manager was an ok experience. The only issues I really had was the fact that she has listed that you can have an event but then once you pay, it states you can't have any get togethers. I picked this property specifically for an event. I was then stressed because she says no events and no refunds. I am thankful that she allowed me to invite 3 others, it's just not what I really wanted. Other than that it was a great property.

ASU vs Howard football game

This property was in an excellent location. House was clean and spacious. Property manager was easy to get in touch with. Air conditioning had stop working and she responded and got it fixed quickly. Thank you again for being so helpful.

Really nice place

The property was very nice and spacious. It was very clean. All of my Aunts loved it, which means a lot! Pretty convenient location as well as far as the actual city of Atlanta.

Relaxing.

The check in process was quick and easy , Google maps took us right to it. Its a bit more "cozy" than we thought it would be but it was actually perfect for me and my husband. The property was very beautiful and well maintained. The beds were very soft and everything was very clean. I would recommend this property to either a couple or a family with children.

Everything was as described. Great home, very spacious. Owner was friendly as well.

Good Property

Property was really clean. Was not thrill about the neighborhood but it was ok for the 4 days I used the property. Communication was really good until time of check in. I arrived in ATL at 4pm. Arrangement was agreed upon to check in at 5pm. I had to wait for 3 hours after I arrived at the property before I was able to get in contact with the property owner. That is why I am giving it a 3 star for the overall experience. I think to prevent this in the future if prior check in arrangement can be made a few hours prior to the check in time, that would save time and headaches.

Everything within the property met or exceeded my expectations! The property owner was gracious, helpful and accommodating, especially during easy check-in and check-out. Most definitely looking forward to booking again my next Atlanta visit!
