Come enjoy this cozy beach themed pool home. The home is 1000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and one bath. Fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for the family a breeze. Take a plunge in the year round heated pool or just relax in the sun on the outside loungers. Green Key Beach located 4 mi from house. Home is conveniently located near US 19 with plentiful shopping, restaurants, and attractions for all ages. Roku TVs are located in each bedroom with Spectrum cable. Beach toys, chairs, and even a beach buggy to haul your stuff is provided. Blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and other household supplies also provide during your stay. Washer and dryer are located on property. Please be aware the pool is equipped with an electric heater which requires outside temps to be at least 50 degrees to operate.

Wonderful experience!

The home was the perfect size and accessibility! The rooms were nice size but the pool was the perfect perk to our stay! Clean saltwater! We will definitely be staying there again when we head back down later this summer!

Best house we have stayed in!

Absolutely loved our stay! Everything was so cleaned and organized. Especially loved all the little extras that made it even more special, we used the wagon and cooler for our trip to the beach! Lots of towels, pool was amazing! I appreciated having laundry soap to wash all of our wet clothes and not have to fly home with a mess. Also I enjoyed not having a long to do list at checkout. Thank you for making our trip extra special!

I was only at this property for 2 days but it was a nice quiet stay which is what I wanted. The house was decorated adorably and clean. Though there was a fence all around the back yard, I would have felt more comfortable if there were curtains on the sliding doors.

2025 Snow escape

The house was in a great location for what we wanted to visit in the area. It was stocked with enough kitchen equipment for the cooking we did. The pool was awesome. It took a few days to come up to temperature what with the cool nights. After that we were in it almost every day. The communication was very good with the property managers. It was a great vacation. Worth the money

The house and pool was very nice. The house was well equipped with all of the household and beach items that we needed for our stay. The only down fall about the house was that the patio sliding door and the bathroom window had no curtains or blinds for privacy. I would recommend to the owner to invest in some curtains and/or blinds. Other than that I would recommend this house for your vacation stay.

Best Getaway Ever!

This property rates higher than a 5! Property managers were very kind and very helpful. It was filled with plenty of kitchen ware, towels, and additional extras. The house was so clean and spacious. Great to have the heated pool right outside the back fenced in yard. The pictures on VRBO are realistic. The home is comfortable and well decorated. Highly recommend to others.

Worth every penny!

Thank you so much for the house. It was perfect for my family of 4 adults. We were confused as to where to put the trash so we left the closed sacks in the garage. There were trash cans, but it appeared to be on the neighbours property. Pool was nice, wish our stay was longer - maybe next time. Also, please place a can opener in the drawer. Everything else was great.

Weekend getaway

This home was perfect for our weekend away to visit a dear friend. The home was clean and very quaint for our family. The pack-n-play was essential for us with a 12 month old and it was in perfect working condition. Our kids loved the pool and spent the majority of their time in it. The abundance of pool toys was a very welcome site as we did not travel with anything other than essentials. Our children also enjoyed the variety of tv platforms available for viewing. As I had seen in other reviews, a part of the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we did not encounter any problems; if anything, our children in the pool were the loudest noises all weekend. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation getaway

This home was so perfect for our winter getaway! The house is clean, decorated perfectly and has everything for a day hanging out at the pool or at the beach. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to the area.

Great VRBO experience

Aptly named retreat!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! The house was put together really nicely, was very clean and well stocked. We had access to a blender, blow dryer, beach wagon and chairs, pool toys — everything you could need for a vacation with an 8, 6 and 22 month old! The kids loved swimming in the heated pool, the owner provided a pack and play for our 22 month old, and there were plenty of TVs with access to Netflix, YouTube and cable, which is a necessity with little kids! The A/C worked really well and between that and the ceiling fans the house stayed nice and cool. As another reviewer said, we were a little worried because the neighborhood looked a little sketchy when we first pulled in, but it was quiet and the house was so nice that you forget all about that. It was also really nicely located by a grocery store and Walmart. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved it!

Could have been a little cleaner

Lovely home but some of the stuff could have been cleaner. Some of the dishes were filthy so we ended up buying our own paper plates and it was still a little bit of trash in places. Other than that things were clean, house was spacious and well decorated and it was a really cozy experience.

We had such a relaxing weekend. Perfect for couples. Communication was great! So quiet. Neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we had no issues. This house is a treasure. Great for relaxing by the pool all day!

Excellent experience

Wet Feet Retreat is an adorable, very clean and sweet get away. I was here for a week with my three older kids and we had an excellent experience. The house is very clean, and full of little extras you might need to cook or clean. We lacked for nothing while we were here. The house is lovely and so well decorated, exactly as the photos show. My kids has a blast in the pool and enjoyed the pool toys as well. We would definitely return to this home. Thank you, Lisa and Matt.

Greetings everyone and welcome to our little vacation home! Matt and I are hardworking individuals who currently raising my 13 year old daughter and 7 year old son. During our spare time we enjoy trying new restaurants, fishing, and adventuring to new cities. I am a NICU nurse who is a natural Floridian born and raised in Tampa, fl. Matt is originally from Ohio where he worked as a teacher before traveling to Florida to flip houses. We are both very detailed oriented people and always strive for the perfection in everything we do. We hope you enjoy our home and our ongoing efforts to offer a memorable experience.

Why they chose this property

This property is great because of its value and close proximity to the bay area. The closest beach is Green Key Beach which is 5 miles from the house. Historic Tarpon springs and Fred Howard Park Beach is about 12 miles from home. Gill Dawgs water-sport, deep sea fishing party charters, sun boat casino, and whiskey River 5 minutes from house. Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park also 5min from park for kayak rentals and birdwatching. Weeki Wachee Springs water park and mermaid show 30 mins from house.

What makes this property unique

As one of our guests said it best, "The house looks like it came out HGTV and the backyard is an oasis!" The pool is by far the guests' favorite thing about this house. The other great thing is we provide beach gear! Items include a beach buggy, picnic blanket, beach chairs, kid toys, boogie board, floats, pool noodles, water guns, and fishing poles/tackle!
