Callie's Vacation Villa – kick back and relax in this Private Family Friendly home with an inground saltwater pool, fully covered lanai, and fenced in yard.

Located right outside of Tampa, within Jasmine Estates in Port Richey. This home accommodates 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, vibed with a loving beach feel. Dine outside in the screened in patio lanai steps away from the pool area with a Dolphin pool fountain.

Many supermarkets and shopping nearby. 39 minutes to Tampa airport, 15 minutes to Gulf beaches, 20 Mins to Tarpon Springs (my favorite), 5 minutes to Sims Park and downtown New Port Richey, 50 minutes to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, 8 minutes to Congo River Mini Golf. Dolphins and gorgeous sunsets at nearby Hudson beach, 31 Miles to famous Clearwater Beach, and so many more things to do!

The living room offering large tv with XUMO cable and a queen-size pull-out couch. Kitchen and dining complete with basic appliances and essentials. Keurig coffee pot provided with a ground coffee brewer and single cup serving. Air fryer and rice cooker provided for convenience. Additional seating area offering board games and puzzles.

King size bed offered in one Bedroom with ample closet space and a TV; there is a desk provided as a private workspace. Queen size bed offered in the second bedroom with ample closet space and a TV.
High-speed WIFI, indoor washer and dryer, body wash, shampoo, dish soap for your use. Foosball table for entertainment. Main bathroom and kitchen offer natural light with the skylights.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

The cleaner will arrive right at 10:00 AM and charges by the hour, so please be prompt. If you need extra time, a late check-out, or want to extend your stay, please ask!

Please be sure to follow our check-out instructions for smooth sailing. Also, be sure to check all of the closets and under the beds to ensure you didn't forget any of your belongings!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If traveling with children, there is an alarm on the sliding door that should be on at all times. This will alarm and can only be reached by an adult.

- Please leave the house as you found it. Notify immediately of any damage.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home nor on the property outside. A $250 fee will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking of any kind.

The pool was very clean, the whole property was well maintained and visitor friendly. I was very comfortable and relaxed, everything I needed was there. I loved the spacious layout and spent a lot of time out on the lanai.

The host was extremely helpful with the few questions we had. The home was clean, neat and stocked well with all of the essentials. The pool was clean and refreshing. We spent quite a bit of time on the lanai! The neighborhood was extremely quiet. the home was spotless very comfy every comfort was available in the home the garage was set up for children to play in my great grandson just loved painting on the easels provided and the table games he also loved the family room shelves full of games and not too mention the pool area wow he was so impressed
