Tignes (2150m) - For rent magnificent 4-star apartment 6 people 50m2 in TIGNES Val Claret, ski-in ski-out and right in the center of the resort.

2 balconies overlooking the slopes, one with sun loungers, the other with granite table and outdoor chairs. Magnificent view, 2 iPads with SONOS music system and Spotify premium subscription allowing you to put any music in each room of the apartment. Ceiling speakers in the living room, bedroom and even in the bathroom for bains music baths, 50 inch UHD LED TV in each room.

Living room with open kitchen and dining area, 50 inch ultra high definition LED TV (2018), iPad with Sonos and Spotify premium access, DVD player, telephone, free wifi. Aperitif corner and balcony overlooking the ski slopes. Open kitchen with bar, dishwasher, induction hob, real Siemens oven with convection and natural convection, microwave, Nespresso, quality "mountain spirit" dishes. All necessary, such as a half-wheel squeegee, melted fondue pot, etc.

Room with real double bed 160x200cm, very comfortable, 50 inch ultra HD LED TV (2018), iPad, SONOS speaker and premium Spotify allowing to put any music in each room and independently, 2nd balcony overlooking the ski slopes with 2 sun loungers. Bunk beds in closed corridor, and sofa bed in the living room with real sleeping 2p 160x200cm. Dressing room and lots of storage.

Completely renovated in 2010 and then in 2018, this apartment has been designed and built with the aim of making you feel at home, from the first moment.

You will find an iPad in each room allowing not only internet access but especially a link with the SONOS music system and the Spotify premium subscription, allowing you to put the music you like in any room of the apartment. independently (bedroom, living room, bathroom), candles next to the bathtub for baths with music and dim light, a Nespresso machine and its capsules for morning coffee, high-end furniture (Ethnicraft in solid oak), quality Sylvie Thyriez tableware, 50 inch ultra HD flat screen TV (2018) in each room. All the details have been thought out to allow you to spend an unforgettable vacation!

This is a high-end service including booking your 7-day parking space for your car (for a fee), so you will be sure to have your parking space when you arrive, the best parking lots being full during high season periods. What a great property!!!

We just had the most amazing week, the apartment is great and easily fitted two adults and two teenagers. The quality of finish is brilliant, with lots of modern tech and great WiFi. The location is on the slope and ski in ski out, Xavier as a host is great in constant contact and very helpful. We will be coming back!!!

Perfectly located, lovely apartment, excellent holiday

The property was perfectly located (ski in and out), close to shops and restaurants but without the noise! The accommodation was clean, well decorated and very well equipped and everything was easy to use. Lots of information was provided by the host who was very helpful. We felt we could contact him with any query and he was always quick to respond. Overall we had an amazing holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this apartment if we return to Tignes next year!

Exceeded Expectations!

We come to Val Claret to ski in Tignes/Val d'Isere every year because of the guaranteed snow and wide variety of terrain. This apartment was better than expected and worked perfectly for our family of 4 with two teenagers. The location of the apartment is true "ski in/ski out" and the owner is incredibly warm and accommodating. The apartment has been thoughtfully renovated with lots of little features that make it special. Ipads with SONOS sound system to have music throughout the apartment, including in the bathroom! The bathroom has a great shower but also has a deep soaking tub- perfect for relieving soreness after skiing. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Most of all, the owner, Xavier, was so helpful and really took extra care to make sure we had a good stay in Val Claret. He provided lots of information about restaurants in the area, included a detailed map, and even took care of booking our parking. We had such a great stay, we already decided to book again for next year! Thank you Xavier!

Amazing Location

We stayed in the apartment with two adults and two children aged under 12 and thought this apartment worked well for us. This apartment is all about location - it’s located on one of the main pistes in Tignes right by the Tufs chair - in fact the chair runs a few metres away from your balcony!! The kids ski school was also located within a very short ski down which meant our two kids took themselves off to ski school every morning - brilliant! There are lots of eating places located very close by and a supermarket not far either which made the week very easy indeed. The apartment is quite small but well formed - the decor is lovely and homely, the kitchen has everything you need and we really appreciated the Nespresso machine. The apartment has ample storage to unpack and put the suitcases away which helped with space! The main bedroom was lovely with a big comfy bed and a smart TV. The children’s bunk beds are located in a thoroughfare between the main bed, kitchen and bathroom/toilet. This set up worked for us on this trip but I suspect next year my teenager will want her own room. Bathroom was lovely with towel rail to dry off gloves over night (there is also a very handy radiator outside the front door we used for this). The bath is big and deep and the shower had great water pressure. The apartment has Sonos speakers throughout but we didn’t make use of these. The owner was incredibly responsive throughout - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment!

Tres bel appartement entièrement rénové avec des materiaux de qualité. Literie de tres bonne qualité. Decoration avec gouts, on se sent comme a la maison. Sonos dans toutes les pièces, cuisines parfaitement équipées et surtout, pour nous skieurs, pistes et depart des cours de ski au pieds de l’appartement!

vacances février 2019 super séjour

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances a tignes dans cet appartement. La proximité des pistes est idéale et exceptionnelle. Nous étions 4 dont 2 ados et nous étions très bien.Le standing est conforme aux photos et description. Tout est pensé pour être comme chez soi et le confort est présent à tout niveau. Le calme est aussi au RDV. Notre prochain séjour a Tignes sera forcément dans cet appartement!! Nous remercions Xavier pour son accompagnement avant pendant et après le séjour.

Super Top!

Nous venons à Tignes val Claret tous les ans depuis 2010 et c'est le meilleur appartement que nous ayons trouvé (cela fait 2 ans de suite que nous le réservons). Equipement au top (2 grands écrans TV, WiFi gratuit, système de sono pour les 3 pièces principales (dont la salle de bain) piloté par des Ipad, machine nespresso, machine à raclette traditionnelle savoyarde..etc). La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée également (et il y a de la place....!!!!) La déco et le confort de l'appartement est très appréciable. On a de la place. Il y a beaucoup de rangement. C'est chaleureux. L'appartement est au pied des pistes et des cours ESF (1er étoile à étoile d'Or) tout en étant dans le centre Val Claret. Côté pratique, rien à redire....La vue sur le massif de la Grande Motte est parfaite. Aucun souci de bruits extérieurs désagréables à relevé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le contact avec le propriétaire qui est très disponible et à l'écoute. Bref, si nous revenons à Tignes l'année prochaine, c'est sûr on re-réserve cet appartement.....Il a tout pour plaire! Eric et Betty

Fantastique appartement au pied des pistes

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans cet appartement véritablement au pied des pistes, juste devant le TS Tufs. Les deux balcons donnent droit sur la piste, donc aucun bruit lié au parking ou à la route à l'arrière de l'immeuble. Magnifique vue sur la grande Motte, équipements de grande qualité, même la musique dans la salle-de-bains et la TV dans la chambre, c'était le top ! A noter également la vaisselle choisie avec goût, et la machine Nespresso dont nous nous sommes bien servis ! Un grand merci également au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et le détail de l'organisation. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Amazing apartment !!

We spend a fantastic week in this apartment - ideally located in front of telesiege Tufs, we could not be closer to the slopes and the ski school for the kids. A true ski-in ski-out ! Really convenient for the parents ! Beautiful view on the mountains and the Grande Motte from the two balconies. Very comfortable interiors, high-quality equipment, TVs in each room, we even had music in the bathroom ! Free wifi. We also appreciated the Nespresso machine and the fact that the owner gave us coffee capsules (as we forgot to take ours !). We also used the raclette machine. We will come back without a doubt !
