We have added the steps from the upper 3rd level as a fire escape, we have it blocked off to keep the traffic from the upper hot tub to the lake.

This is great to see that a large group can bond and have a great experience at one of our finest locations. This is blessing to have feedback from our groups, we look forward to adding new things to keep people coming back. Frank

On the pictures for the pool it clearly states that its an add on and off site. You still owed a cleaning fee for the guest you had there to begin with and extra guest. With the cleaning of the place, I myself spent 3 and half hours there making sure you were all set with what you needed and cleaned up. The stairs are blocked off and only used as a fire escape. I never seen cigarette butts anywhere. The last group didnt smoke at all. There was no dog poop in the yard. The last group didnt have any pets and would have told me there was poop in the yard during there stay. It was probably from your own dog that you didnt pay a pet fee for that you brought.

Not due to this review we have already added six new beds with pillow tops that had been planned to replace the beds increasing our capacity because they are full over full bunk beds with 6-inch foam memory top we will now be able to accommodate 46 guests. The Linens that will provided for this group were all brand new complete set of linens for every bed in the house was supplied additionally pillows were supplied. We suggest you bring your own beach towels and we only supply two per bed many of the towels are rotated and we have three areas to find more towels. We do communicate by text for proof of communication and this is how we start a trouble ticket and include the dispatch best person along with the person that complained and the person that has called to have a repair or issue resolved, this is so everybody is in the same loop this is the most effective way to get things done. This is to keep conversations recorded to avoid any miscommunication and track time in response for our team and reward them for immediate resoulution. We did dispatch several people immediately for this group. To include somebody to unplug their drain that they had caused not charging them when we probably should have for the simple fact it was 4 days into the rental, and the repair person reported the drain is being used as a garbage disposal and required removal of the trap and clean out (he is just a few doors away however had to come from several miles due to the immediate urgency that this group demanded even though we had another kitchen for a few hours it could have been made due) The pots and pans located in two separate kitchens and pantries get moved as guests seem to move them from level to level and they are not old but was purchased at Sam's Club. We have responded to the poor review by this person and will not allow this is very nice rental to be slandered but will work hard to deal with every legitimate complaint quickly. The simple fact that your on vacation and you may have a concern is our biggest concern and we have people in place to handle this a team of 4-6 cleaners is now in place instead of 3-4 cleaners, and we have a boat repair person 4 doors down, a lawn care person next door and 2 other experienced repair persons on the same road. So whatever happens from a plugged drain to a simple cobweb we are concerned and ready to remedy your concern, just give us a text or call. Thus we have changed to a 4-6 person crew to help with any reasonable issue

Pros: There were plenty of beds and the linens...... We have a Team that works hard to keep your linens all in one place and clean so you know they are clean and stored ready to use. The property itself was at a dead end street ....... The end of the street has our 4 cottage rentals and this is the 4 story house with 9 bedrooms. The owners and maintenance staff..... We have a team that monitors the a group check in text to be sure you get instant service for your group and questions or concerns. Hot tubs... The upper level hot tub water had just been changed as we installed a new control board....I am 100% confident that if there were any contaminants its from the group that may have been in the lake....according to Mike he also just cleaned the large tub again group of kids in tub after lake ....makes for issues with tubs. The sand volleyball court is ...We try to have everything you can imagine for fun... They have a nice washer dryer....We want all nice things you need... Cons: there were definitely some aesthetic improvements that could be made.....The season is coming to a end and its a very popular place we always catch back up...and allow early check ins as requested in this case There were lots of knickknacks ....We have pictures of our history of this build out and Knick knacks are enclosed in cupboards...its a lake house...sorry if its not to your appeal... Also, there was no access to a pantry ...that is private area for owers and we have over 20 cupboards for There were lots of outdoor toys to play with like bats and wiffleball‘s etc. but items were stored underneath the outdoor stairs ...that is the storage area yes... limited area....sorry Although several grills....we have a pay it forward on grill propane and offer grills ;) The lake was nice and we brought our own JetSki but wonder was completely falling ...your jet ski ?? . It is not A lakefront where you could let little kids play in the water....There is sand out to middle of docks...and deeper spots we suggest to go to deeper areas and rent a boat or take kayaks....its a Michigan lake... The cabinets were nearly full with leftover items from previous groups.....Some things get less attention as groups leave things and drawers dont get organized as groups (like yourself want to get in early and in exchange we dont charge but expect in return a understanding if we dont get to everything because of your free early arrival you would agree to a 5 star review for things we missed....

I asked for a review because I want to know what to do to keep people happy and what needs attention to keep this place great. It may have a few minor issues but has a ton of fun stuff to do that might keep you busy or want to find things. We're kind enough to allow early check in as requested by the renter typical check in is 5pm we tend not to allow early check in as the cleaners have to take time to allow guests in ect. We allowed check in time at 2pm and the guests reportedly arrived at 1pm-130pm even earlier than allowed at which we charge for as the cleaner needs to hire extra help to get it done faster. The guests were allowed to come in and use the first level, it was reported they were on all levels disrupting the cleaners and making messes and they did not remove the shoes as its all over the house please remove your shoes. The cleaners were offended with the actions of the guests when they arrived as if they were above the general crowd. We are very sorry this place did not get completed as the cleaners stayed extra time to clean but due to the fact. Yes I will admit that all summer its rented and things like fall and spring cleaning need to be addressed and the house be powerwashed, a few shower heads be water softner rinsed, and icemaker switch be turned on to make ice as it was turned off (by someone). We have been replacing beds with new beds, new linens , new slider tracks, new cable boxes replaced, 3rd laundry center added, and many things done as we could go on and on..... and just recently had the front part of the house powerwashed and minor things like a few gutter weeds 4 stories up will die in the winter but have been sprayed to kill the weeds. The reason I called to get feed back is to go after the little things that people can help us find to keep fixing, until its a problem I wont know but if I ask its to keep on top of it. I realize I put myself and this place out there asking its a risk but the reward is I can go after the things people have a concern with and fix them, however this reveiew is a bad one the next group will be rewarded with these things fixed. So I apologize for asking but its the only way to get it done as I care about this place and the people staying in it enough to ask. I looked up the reviews on this company and the person writing the review and its not good they have 4 reviews all bad....for what its worth look them up on google Amp Residential Chrisina B and they don't even respond to the bad reviews...
