This is a large 33 ft travel trailer that can be located at any park in South Florida. New flooring being fitted prior to renting. Has new fridge new TVs New Microwave grill. There is a large raised deck with a custom fitted gas grill, outdoor shower ,firepit and TV. Included in rent to buy is free Xfinity 5g internet. 32 inch smart tv bedroom , 43 inch smart tv lounge. Alexa. Ring door bell and security cameras. Propane heat hot water and stove. All utilities. This is a ready to move fully furnished including cooking utensils toaster and coffee maker.

Fleas and dirty
The trailer was really nice
But too many of his personable property was left in the trailer and his kitchen cupboards were full of food and dirt also the park is infested with fleas. We were bitten alive...

The park has what is called in Forida no seams they come out at dusk it is florida. There is plenty of room in all storage cupboards for food and there are all the cooking utensils and other kitchen items to male a guests stay pleasant and comfortable. A person on vacation is npt moving into the property they are renting it
