Crystal Coast Atlantic Beach. Oceanfront with private beach access
Exceptional. Look no further. This condo is one of the best equipped with all Atlantic Beach has to offer. Easy, 1st floor access on end of building. Elevators nearby. Your vacation home will comfortably sleep 6. All rooms have new ceiling fans. Master bedroom with queen bed, private full bath and smart TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 single twin beds and smart TV....En-suite when hall door is closed Third bedroom has a queen bed, private full bath and smart TV. Private WIFI included. 3 outside balconies. 2 balconies overlooking pool and ocean. 1 balcony overlooking outdoor community charcoal grills. Excellent location with easy, private access to the beach. At least 6 beach chairs, some beach toys and boogie boards included. Community Outdoor showers and 4 recently renovated outdoor pools. Take a stroll down the pier and watch boats go by on the day dock. Bring your bikes to visit the top rated public park, championship putt putt, children’s waterpark, Venice Beach style skate park, plentiful variety of restaurants and a Food Lion. All less than a mile away and accessible by large flat sidewalks with crosswalks where needed.
All of the buildings at Dunescape have parking lots near the unit. If you need extra parking you can use the overflow parking across the street. 2 parking passes included for parking at unit.
All bathrooms are remodeled.
7 night minimum weekly rentals from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Saturday to Saturday. 3 night minimum for the Beach music festival. 2 night minimum otherwise.

We love the beach also… It’s less than 100 steps from door to beach. Once there, there’s plenty of space because the beach is private and difficult to reach from the public accesses in front of our community.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was the perfect amount of space for our family. The "mud room"/laundry area was great for leaving beach shoes and gear before heading inside, and having access to the beach locker was awesome. Pool/beach access was very convenient, and never too crowded. We would absolutely stay here again!

Dunescape’s best
My husbands family has owned a beach cottage for over 60 years. As our family has grown we’ve always need to rent several dunescape condos. This condo is one of the best- actually 3 baths vs 2.5, clean, well furnished. We love renting from Dallas!

Dunescape is the best! Four pools, plenty of beach access. It’s a great way to spend a week with family or friends.

Beach Getaway

Dallas is a licensed general contractor/remodeler and Karen is an elementary assistant school teacher. Parents of 3, both are professional hard workers, enjoy traveling, good food and spending time with family and friends. Both are native North Carolinians with ancestors from Eastern NC.
Why they chose this property
We love Atlantic Beach with its many entertainment options and restaurants. We enjoy fishing, riding bikes and spending time on the beach. Dunescape is in the center of it all.

This condo is on the first floor at the end of the building, so if you don’t want to wait on an elevator, it’s quick convenient access. We love the location with the proximity to the pool and beach. It also has just the right amount of space for our family. We hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do.
