With a quick walk to the beach, plenty of bike and running paths, this condo is sure to meet all your vacation desires.
8-to-10-minute short walk to both Coligny Beach or the shops and dining in Coligny Plaza.
BEACH BOARDWALK ENTRANCE IS A 4 MINUTE WALK TO SEA SIDE VILLA.
Bring your furry friend on vacation with you. (1) animal allowed. We are located at 25 Deallyon Ave. Island House #110 on the 2nd floor. All guest must be registered at time of booking!! See Rules.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all sheets from the beds and put in a pile on the floor. Please fold comforters and put back on the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bringing more than one pet on property is a violation of HOA rules and will result in loss of $300 security deposit and guests may be asked to leave.
Damage to or theft of property will result in loss of $300.00 security deposit.
All guests must be registered at time of booking. A loss of security deposit, if you fail to register all guests no matter the length of stay.

This condo was very clean with a great layout. The kitchen was very well equiped to cook & serve the family of 8 we had staying there. The home had everything we needed & was close to the event we were in town for which was very convenient for running back & forth. Great communication with the owner, who checked in (text) to make sure we had everything we needed.Everything was clean, very comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower (a bonus for me) I'd definitely stay with this host again, if the need were to arise.

Jodi was a great host! It was our first trip to Hilton Head and we will be back. The condo was clean and updated with quality appointments. Everything was in great working condition and most important for a first timer NO SURPRISES. This condo was very spacious (we had 6 adults) and we had plenty of room. Communication was responsive and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Jody’s condo in Hilton Head Island! This has become an annual trip for our family during my niece and nephew’s spring break, and I can confidently say this will not be our last time staying here.The location truly couldn’t be better—close to everything you need while still feeling like the perfect coastal escape. The four-bedroom layout was ideal for our group, giving everyone their own space to relax and unwind after long beach days.The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could think of, which made meals at home so easy and enjoyable. Every bedroom was beautifully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—such a treat after busy days exploring and soaking up the sunshine.Jody was also amazing to work with—always available, responsive, and so helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay.We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to coming back!

This was our first time renting this property, but not our first time in this complex. The property was great! It was very clean (and I am picky). It was perfectly stocked with everything we needed as well. The owner was great with communication and checked on us throughout the week making sure everything was going well! The place was a good size. The girls took the upstairs rooms and bathrooms, while the boys had a room downstairs and my husband and I had the other room downstairs. I say downstairs, but it is a second floor unit (which I also liked). The pool was right behind the unit, which made it easy to go for a swim. The beach was a short walk and Coligny and Celebration Park are also a short walk away. We did cook in the unit a couple of nights and there was every utensil one might need. Thank you for such a nice stay and we look forward to staying again in the future!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The kids room was a perfect for our grandsons. Jodi was great to work with. It’s a small complex , so the pool was never busy and we always had parking spots.
