About this property

Walk to the beach! SEA PINES 4 BED + LOFT - Private pool

Located just minutes from the beach, our beautiful vacation home has everything you're looking for! This home is newly painted and furnished, with new ROKU tv's provided, including the loft area.

Enjoy a short walk to the beach, or rent some bikes to travel to the best beaches in Hilton Head. You could also use the easily accessible Sea Pines bike paths to get you to South Beach Marina or Harbour Town without ever needing a car. The house is also convenient to all of Sea Pines' wonderful golf courses and the Hilton Head Island Tennis Resort.

The comfortable bedrooms include 3 ensuite bedrooms, plus a full bedroom with a sink, and access to the hall bath. The upstairs loft has 4 beds, making 5 bedrooms! Each bedroom and loft area includes new smart TVs.

The fully stocked kitchen is sure to impress, with everything you'll need to share a meal together. The dining table seats 10, as well as 4 additional stools in the eat-in kitchen. A gas grill is also provided on the deck. After your meal, there is ample seating in the vaulted living room, or find additional seating poolside. The private backyard includes a large pool with a waterfall and fountains that will easily entertain your whole group! An outdoor shower is just around the corner from the pool, ideal for rinsing off after the beach.

Pool can be heated for a fee of $400 per week.

This vacation home also includes a full size washer and dryer. Beach towels are NOT included. The accessible garage has an extra full size refrigerator and freezer for storing additional food and drinks.

The beach is a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute bike ride - closest access is the paved path between Snowy Egret Rd and Surf Scoter Rd. You can also bike or walk to golf courses, South Beach Marina (Salty Dog Cafe), Harbour Town, Lawton Stables, and the Sea Pines Nature Preserve.

The house was perfect for four couples who were on the island for golf, but would also be great for families. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet with a short walk to the beach. Daryn was wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating.

Great house! Plenty of room for our large group of 13. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We drove to the beach, which was only minutes away. We never had any problem with parking but some say parking can be limited. They do offer a trolley within Sea Pines that will drop you off at beach. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. Beaches are nice and clean. We enjoyed cooking our meals. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved the beautiful kitchen table, great size for large family. The backyard was beautifully landscaped around the pool. Very nice pool to enjoy. There is a grill with propane provided. There was a deer that visited daily. Harbour Town with the lighthouse is within the resort and only a 5 min drive. Large playground for kids. Few restaurants there. We ate at the Crazy Crab with all the grandkids. The food was good. Also ordered pizza from Giuseppe’s. It was good. Everyone in the area was so friendly and nice. You do have to pay for a pass to drive into the Sea Pines Resort. It’s 10 a day or only 20 for the week. That’s per car. Be sure to tell them you are staying in the resort to get the weekly rate. We loved Hilton Head and we definitely stay at this property again.

Loved the location and owners were very responsive. Interior was clean. The only issue internally was the closest in the front back part of the house had a very musty smell so did not feel comfortable putting our clothes and items in that closest. Externally the back landscaping was not kept up, the deck was not inviting and clean and while the pool was heated it required us to keep up the daily cleaning.

I'm so glad you loved the location, and I hope you all enjoyed the early check in! Our yard maintenance is done every single week - I believe the maintenance you are referring to is the falling of leaves from our trees. One of the wonderful things about our property is our tree cover. Unfortunately this time of year, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature, and with the falling leaves, some amount of pool skimming is necessary. We do provide a leaf blower in the garage for easy clean off of the deck. If I had known your group was frustrated by this I could have helped. I truly hoped you enjoyed your stay!

This is the first time that we have rebooked a property for the following year before we even checked out! This house was perfect for a week’s stay with our grandchildren. The pool was a huge hit and the water was wonderfully warm. There is plenty of comfortable space for everyone to enjoy both inside and out. Bedrooms are spacious and relaxing. The beach is beautiful and a very manageable walk along Sea Pines fabulous bike paths. Daryn, our host, was absolutely wonderful to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back next year and make more wonderful family memories!

This place worked perfect for our family and friends. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for a group with all the bathrooms. The loft was great for the kids. Fairly close to beach. We enjoyed the pool and deck on days we didn’t go to beach.

Beautiful place

We loved our 1st trip to Hilton Head! The house was beautiful & the backyard was awesome! We all enjoyed the pool & time outside! Matt was easy to communicate with and whenever I had a question he got back to me immediately! We would definitely come back here!

We fell in love with Sea Pines our very first trip years ago, and knew someday we would find a way to spend more time here. It has the best beaches, bike paths, and proximity to everything. You cannot beat a family vacation here!

What makes this property unique

We love this location within Sea Pines so much! It has such quick access to the beach, but is also so easy to get to Salty Dog for after dinner ice cream, and Harbour Town for shopping.
