The Wyndham Margaritaville Resort is a beautiful timeshare resort right on Smith Bay. There is a gorgeous view of the Bay from the pool, the 5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar, the restaurant, and the upper pool. It is located on the east end, close to Red Hook where the ferry to St John's is. There are number of restaurants close, including one on property and another one within walking distance. The resort has live entertainment on some of the evenings. And occasionally there are games by the pool. The resort staff is wonderful if you are polite and joke with them. Coki Beach, which is breathtaking and free, is just a short walk.

The condo is a studio plus. It has a king bed plus a queen sofa sleeper. It is approximately 503 sq ft. The sofa sleeper allows it to accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with mini refrigerator, coffee pot, margarita machine, microwave, dishes and flatware. There is also a safe, iron and iron board, hairdryer, and large flatscreen TV. This unit is located on the hillside of the resort.

There is also an exercise room and laundry facilities on site.

Because of Wyndham's reservation requirements, not all check in/check out dates are available. Although we try to keep the calendar updated daily, the calendar is NOT always ACCURATE.

THE ISLAND OF ST THOMAS HAS NOW PASSED A TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (HOTEL TAX) FOR ANY GUESTS STAYING ON THE ISLAND. IT IS $25/NIGHT PER UNIT (not per guest). THIS IS COLLECTED BY THE RESORT AND PAID DIRECTLY TO THE GOVERNMENT. IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL AMOUNT.


DUE TO CHANGES IN WYNDHAM'S BOOKING SYSTEM, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO OFFER DISCOUNTS.

ALSO, WYNDHAM HAS CERTAIN DATES THAT ARE BLACKED OUT TO GUESTS AT THIS RESORT. Only owners can check in DURING THOSE DATES. Because of the black out, WE MAY HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE MORNING OF CHECK IN TO PUT YOUR NAME ON THE RESERVATION. If that is the case, we will forward the confirmation email from Wyndham and text you the confirmation number that morning. THIS WILL AVOID YOUR RESERVATION BEING CANCELLED.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee of $150. This is purchased directly through me and will allow cancellation up to the day of check in for any reason with 100% refund. This must be purchased 16 days or more before check in. It is not available after that time.
