Scott Beach Condos #8

New luxury apartment/villas, East End.
Located on the east end of the island at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. Close to the Grocery store, Red Hook and ferry terminal.

The guest will have over 1,500 square feet of space. Sleep 6, Located at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, close to Red Hook. Air condition, built in Electric Microwave & Oven, Induction cook top, Granite Counter Tops, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Dish Network TV' Wifi. This property also have a large back-up generator so the house is never out of power (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood.

Guest access.......
You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on any of the three 60" flat screen HDTV. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day have a glass of wine and do some grilling.

Neighborhood overview.......
The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Getting around......
You can get a taxi to anywhere you need to go on the island but it will be very pricey, I highly recommend renting a car so you can go wherever you want and when you want. We have a family owned rental car business and we offer our guest up to 15% discount on rental cars. Guest can also take our cars to St John on the car barge from Red Hook to visit and explore the beaches and parks in St John.

Other things to note.......
We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Ceiling Fans, TV, Showers, etc....

St. Thomas stay at Hector's Place

The property was more than what I had expected. Nice & cozy, the different phrase posted around were hilarious. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the island. OMG the roasters were my wakeup call but overall, I would most definitely stay again. Hector was just great, always available. The car rental was a plus for me.

Perfect Family Reunion

Would highly recommend this property. The property manager was amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. The property is located 3 minutes from Red Hook, 3 minutes from Secret Harbor. About 15 min from Coki Beach. Loved every minute. the condo was absolutely immaculate and had every amenity. We were very happy with our stay!

Scott Beach Getaway

Condo is very nice, everything is well kept and clean. With traveling around the Island, we didn't spend too much time here. We would recommend, as the price is very reasonable.

We needed the sun, and the sand of this charming island.

Dexter and crew did an amazing job communicating with us prior, during and after our visit. The condo is immaculate and very roomy for two couples to co-exist. Dexter was a great host. The condo is well equipped. We cooked every night and found sufficient pots, pans and tools to get the job done. Parking is a problem on St. Thomas, but not a problem for guests at the condo.

Great Vacation

The condo was just as the picture showed clean and beautiful! Dexter our host was so great with communication and any assistance! Loved the paper he left for us with local attractions and restaurants to try! Having beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling gear was so convenient and above and beyond!! Great stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Great place

The condo was newly renovated, nice and clean, very convenient and well equipped. We appreciated the beach gear and towels, the AC, nice pool, and easy parking. It helped make for a wonderful vacation on St. Thomas! We also rented a car from Dexter, which worked out perfectly for our family. Highly recommend! Hope to be back soon.

The property was close to Red Hook and several of the beautiful beaches we visited. The condo was nice and clean with everything we needed. Great for two couples with both bedrooms having a king bed and a private bathroom. We even took advantage of the pool out back. The host, Dexter made us feel welcome!

Great location!

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There were lots of towels which we appreciated. Location is perfect, close to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. We were bummed that the porch with the view faces full West so we had to have the drapes closed and couldn’t enjoy it in the afternoons but we enjoyed it for breakfast!
