This 45m² villa, tastefully decorated, accommodates up to 4 guests for a romantic getaway, a family holiday, or a stay with friends. Nestled in a green and peaceful setting, it enjoys a quiet, residential neighbourhood just steps from the ocean and close to shops and the beaches of the Vendée.

A bright living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, electric griddle, full set of dishes, and a television.

SLEEPING AREA
Two bedrooms with double beds, offering optimal comfort for couples, families, or friends.

OUTDOOR SPACE
A lovely private wooden terrace, free from overlooking neighbours, fully furnished (outdoor table and chairs, parasol, lounge area with sofa and armchairs). The perfect spot to relax and enjoy sunny days.

PRACTICAL AMENITIES
Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer: everything is provided for your stay.

Welcome to Domaine Le Sherwood, your haven of peace between state-owned forest and the beaches of Notre-Dame-de-Monts.
Once a holiday camp, the estate has been reimagined as a friendly, fully pedestrian village. Our 17 semi-detached villas blend into this wooded setting to create a true hamlet-like atmosphere.
Your privacy preserved: Tranquillity is our watchword, and each accommodation has its own private green setting. You can fully enjoy your garden (and your private spa, available as an option) away from prying eyes.
The ideal location: Use the estate's shared pathways to access the region's many cycling routes and reach the beach within minutes. You'll also be close to shops, the ferry terminal for Île d'Yeu, Île de Noirmoutier, and Saint-Jean-de-Monts.
At reception: Molkky, pétanque, board games, rackets, and paddle boards available. Our team welcomes you every day to support you throughout your stay.

Private, gated parking at night.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
If you'd like to arrive earlier or extend your stay by a few hours, early check-in and late check-out are available for €50 (subject to availability, by reservation).
The private spa is optional, at a cost of €40 for the duration of your stay.
Bed linen is provided.
Bath towels are not provided. A towel kit can be rented for €7 per person. Bathrobes are also available to rent at €5 per person.
Pets under 25kg that are well-behaved are welcome for €15.
The accommodation must be left clean (dishes washed and put away, bed(s) stripped, refrigerator cleaned, bathroom, kitchen, and floors washed, bins emptied).
If you'd prefer not to clean, you can opt for the end-of-stay cleaning package for €85.
Mid-stay cleaning can also be requested for €39 (please notify us at least 3 days in advance).
A baby kit is available on request for an additional €15. It includes a travel cot (with mattress and mattress protector), a high chair, and a baby bath.
A €750 security deposit will be requested upon arrival via bank card pre-authorization (not charged and released at check-out)
