CONCARNEAU Fisherman's House - 50 m Plage des Sables Blancs and THALASSO

Our little fisherman's house is located right in front of the white sands beach.
It is on one level.
Possibility to park the car in the courtyard of the house.

The French sailing school and Thalassotherapy are 50 meters away.

Departure from the GR 34 at 50m from the house (customs trail).

The house is 10 minutes walk from the port, city center, walled city (shops, museums) and halls.
Sunday, Monday and Friday market.

You will also find all the amenities near the house: pharmacy, bread store, café terraces facing the beach and small restaurants.

HOLIDAY CHECKS accepted.
Small dog accepted.
Bikes and baby equipment on prior request.

Wir, 1 Erwachsene, zwei Teenager und ein Hund haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage war toll, Natur und Infrastruktur waren in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Strand war sehr schön und sauber.

Die Unterkunft an sich war völlig okay. Was nicht stimmte, war die deutsche Beschreibung: direkt am Strand. Das hat bei uns vollkommen falsche Erwartungen geweckt - in der französischen Beschreibung ist es wohl präziser, wie wir nach ausführlicher Kommunikation mit der Agentur festgestellt haben. Wir sind nach 3 Tagen vorzeitig abgereist.

Photos flatteuses de l'annonce, logement exigu , cour non entretenue, pas de vue, toitures en soupente, miroir trop bas de la salle de bain pour la taille de monsieur , poubelles des prédécesseurs non vidées à l'arrivée, ce n'est pas à nous de le faire, prises de courant "bidouillées" baie de cuisine condamnée, on ne peut pas l'ouvrir. Plage en pleine ville peu attrayante. Très déçus.

Chère Madame, Nous sommes désolés de lire votre déception malgré notre dévouement à rendre votre séjour agréable. Nous tenons cependant à éclaircir certaines de vos remarques. La taille du logement est mentionnée dans l'annonce. Il s'agit effectivement d'une petite maison de pêcheur parfaitement optimisée pour accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. Il n'y a pas de vue, mais au contraire, la cour est sans vis-à-vis, permettant de profiter de l'extérieur en toute intimité. Les contenaires sont vidés une fois par semaine, aussi, il est possible qu'à votre arrivée, le ramassage des ordures n'ai pas encore été réalisé. (A votre départ, vous avez vous-même dû laisser vos sacs poubelles dans le contenaire de la maison) C'est un roulement tout à fait normal. L'électricité de la maison est tout à fait aux normes, dommage de ne pas nous avoir signalé le problème d'électricité que vous mentionnez. Concernant la baie, elle n'est pas condamnée mais il s'agit d'une baie fixe n'ayant donc pas vocation à être ouverte. Vous disposez d'une porte fenêtre dans la pièce qui elle, s'ouvre. Et enfin, la plage à proximité immédiate ne se situe pas en pleine ville. C'est une très jolie plage avec accès direct au sentier côtier (GR34), endroit très apprécié d'ordinaire. Bien à vous

Excellente semaine passée dans cette maison de pêcheur. Calme et très bien située.

7 jours à visiter le secteur de pont aven a la rade de brest en passant par la ville close de concarneau la pointe du raz et bien d autres.

Zentrale Lage

Und hat die Zeit gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, man kann zu Fuß alles( Strand, Altstadt, Restaurants) erreichen. Damit ist es aber auch nicht so ruhig, alles geht eben nicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und bemüht.

P’tit pêcheur

Maison de pêcheur restaurée avec goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous et la plage à quelques pas de la maison est un grand plus. Concarneau est une très jolie ville. Nous reviendrons très certainement.
