Fabulous house and location

This home has it all for large groups! The house itself is stunning on every floor. Beautiful screened in patio, and lots of space. Very clean and kitchen was stocked.

Family Beach Trip for 19

The property was very well equipped for our entire family ranging from 3-84 years of age, along with our dog. It was perfect because it had a pool, and was close to the beach. It was also biking/walking distance to the boardwalk. For those that wanted to shop there were plenty of outlet stores close by.

Perfect Retreat!

We were thoroughly impressed with the amazing communication leading up to our stay. However, when we walked into the house, we were blown away to say the least. Every detail in every space was perfect and beautiful. We were able to have the entire family there (4 seperate families) and not feel cramped at all! Our mom's 90th birthday weekend was amazing in large part to the perfect property where we spent the weekend.

Beautiful home

We all enjoyed our week at this home. It was beautiful and comfortably fit all of us. There was an issue with the hot water on the third floor which the owner and property manager worked diligently to correct.

Amazing house

This house is truly beautiful and easily accommodates large groups. We had 14 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was wonderful for little kids, and the ocean is just down the street. Marcia is a great owner, and the reservation and check-in process is very capably managed by Jordan who was extremely responsive and professional. Cannot recommend this house highly enough.

Lovely home, great location, everything was as promised.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The new pool area was even nicer than expected. The only drawback was the gate latch to the pool area was difficult to maneuver. Fifer's Farm Market across the street was a real bonus - try the apple cider donuts.

Perfect

We were able to do a last minute booking and it was nearly perfect in every way. Location, amenities, our family of 11, young(2) and old(84) had a great time at the beach, into rehoboth on the trolley and at the house. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home. Wonderful week with extended family!

Beautiful large Dewey Beach home! Perfect set up with open kitchen, lots of space to spread out. Short 2 1/2 blocks to beach and across from Fifer’s market. Pool was perfect for after beach and littles. Favorite was huge dining room table that lets us enjoy fabulous family dinners together! Had a few bumps that were addressed and construction noise next door, but didn’t deter us from a great week!

Beautiful Spacious Family Holiday Home

My family and extended family had a wonderful week in this large, spacious North Dewey Beach home. From cleanliness to decor, it was a beautiful home top to bottom. The large open gourmet kitchen, living and dining area on the main floor was perfect for our large family gatherings. The pool was a bonus for the after beach afternoons. The property was in a great location and only 2 short blocks to the beach and also next door to a lovely fresh market. The owner was very responsive to any questions and issues we had and took care of it immediately. It really was a perfect home for our holiday week!

Best week!

We had our extended family stay here as a transition from 20+ years in the Outer Banks. One of the only houses with a pool to accommodate our group in the area. We loved every minute of our stay. The house was clean, equipped, even had some of the items we as guests needed to provide there as well. There were two washer dryers to keep the clean suit and towels coming too which was nice to keep up with the 8 kids we had!! It was close to Dewey and Rehoboth which made it nice for variety of boardwalk activities and dinners. The pool was incredible for the kids, clean and such a great thing to have. Thanks to Marcia and Rich for welcoming us to their home- we’ll 100% be back!!

Hidden gem!

This property was the perfect place for all of us including our furry friends! 2 blocks from the beach and a wonderful 0.4 mile walk to Dewey Beach downtown. Highlights for us - 50 ft from a fresh Farmer's market. The house is perfectly located for all trips in the surrounding area. The jolly trolley stop is 1 block from the house, however, we took uber everywhere! You are minutes away from Rehobeth, Ferry terminal to Cape May, Ocean City MD, Lowes, Bethany etc... It is absolutely gorgeous and spectacularly clean! We ate most of our meals at the house. The kitchen has everything including a BBQ (huge plus). The screened in porch was where we spent most of our time eating, drinking and talking. So, if you are hesitating on this property, don't! It is modern, has southern charm, a bit of history, and a sense of calm! We hope your family enjoys it as much as ours did! Lisa J

Beautiful home with brand new pool

We had a family reunion with all our kids and grandkids, 10 adults and 5 kids under the age of 7. Plenty of space and bathrooms for all. Great dining table that fit the whole family. The best part was the pool especially since the temperature and humidity were both in the 90’s. The heat made the 2 block walk to the beach tougher but normally it would have been fine. We hardly noticed the traffic noise and having the farmers market so close was a real plus. Great breakfast sandwiches! The beds were very comfortable, quiet at night. The water pressure was great and the kitchen was well stocked in the main house. The back cottage was an oasis for my husband and I and my sister and her husband. Not we’ll stocked but we bought dishes over from the main house. For the price of the rental I do feel they could have supplied sheets, towels and a few basics like toilet paper and soap. But with that said, I still would definitely rent here again. You can’t find a nicer designed pool area.

46th Wedding Anniversary at the Beach!

We booked this trip for our family to celebrate my parents’ 46th wedding anniversary together. The house comfortably fit our family of 20 - 6 children, 2 teens, and 12 adults. Ahead of the trip an extensive email was sent with plenty of information relating to our stay and the property manager was extremely responsive with regard to any questions that came up during our trip. For November, the weather was nice and mild and we were able to enjoy the heated pool during the day and the screened in porch with heaters in the evenings. We will absolutely be returning to this property in the future!

We loved the spacious home, numerous bedrooms, amazing pool area, and fun guest cottage:)

We stayed here with the WHOLE family…we loved that the big dining table brought us together at night, but that there was also lots of space for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves during the day! The beach was a couple of short blocks away…and we easily strolled into Dewey and made the short trip into Rehoboth several times. We’d happily come back!

Summer Family Vacation

The property was very clean and neat. It accommodated our family of 6 adults and 2 children, though the dining area was a little small. It is short walk to the beach, close to Rehoboth, and a beautiful area of the shore. The pool is terrific. The sitting areas within the pool were perfect for the little ones to play and the pool and area around the pool were perfect.

Paradise in Dewey

This property is charming and gives you that boutique experience, while offering plenty of space for a large family. Loved the decor and style. We utilized the pool everyday on vacation. Walking distance to the beach and quick 3 minute car ride to downtown Rehoboth. Enjoyed our stay very much and the communication was amazing with the property manager. No question went unanswered for more than a couple of hours.

Family Vacation

The property is as listed. The pool area is fabulous ! Also the cottage Was perfect as we had a large group and the separate space allowed little ones to sleep undisturbed for naps and early bedtimes. My adult children loved the main house. Short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and the rental agent was wonderful. We didn't have any major issues, but she helped us with a couple requests. We had family driving from NYC, Philly and Wash Dc. Dewey/Rehoboth is just about the same distance from each of those cities. My only less than perfect comment is that the kitchen/ eating area is fairly small. When cooking for a large group you need more space and equipment. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again.
