This Condominium is set-up to ensure you enjoy your Lake Getaway! The condo is very clean, spacious and accommodating. Our guests really enjoy the top and bottom floor decks with comfortable seating for 6 overlooking the Lake's main channel.
Two Master Suites offer a Soaring View of the Lake through the floor-to-ceiling wall of windows and comfortable King Sized Beds. The Third Bedroom offers a Queen Bed.
Bay Point Village is known for it's park-like setting and the complex amenities. The complex offers 2 Pools (one of which is right on the main channel and within a few steps of this unit), and a Playground area for the kids. You're welcome to fish from the docks. We look forward to having you as our guests!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dumpsters are located at the top of the complex on your right as exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is absolutely no trailers allowed in the condo parking area. You must contact us if you plan to bring a boat or motorcycle trailer.
Strict quite time. 10 pm - 9 am. If our neighbors report excessive noise during those hours you will forfeit your deposit. As fines are assessed.
Tags for trailers are located in top drawer in the kitchen.

This was a great place to stay with couples! The only negative was it didn’t have paper towels and toilet paper so make sure to bring your own!

Family Vacation

This place was awesome and had beautiful views of the lake. Plenty of space for the four of us. Very clean and quiet neighborhood which was nice. The pool was an added bonus that we really enjoyed!!

The respite we needed

Our stay was fantastic. Very comfortable accomodations, close access to the pool, which was a great place to relax during the day and a perfect spot to watch the sunset each evening. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for the week.

Fourth Visit!

You couldn't ask for a better place and the lay out is so nice. If you get tired of a family member you can go down to one of three beautiful, decorated bedroom and have access to another screened in porch! Had one issue, and the owners took care of it ASAP.

We had a great low-key weekend at the condo. We took full advantage of the pool and enjoyed some amazing sunsets over the lake. Great space within the condo, and the beds were comfy. Tim was super responsive to our questions before the trip. Would absolutely rent again.

Short Getaway

This Condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for 3 couples! We came down to ride motorcycles and spend time together in the evenings. Very clean and great communication! We are coming back in September!

Highly Recommended Rental!

We had a group of 6 adults who rented the Townhome for a short stay of 4 nights. First thing we noticed was the cleanliness. The furnishings were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a quick getaway. We would definitely rent again if we were to be back in the area. Our host responded to our questions very quickly and was always helpful and accommodating to any requests we made. All in all a great time was had by all!

We are Tim and Susette Taylor. We love the lake area and are so excited to share our home away from home with you. Tim work's with our son for Meyerkorth Aviation and I am the County Clerk in Atchison County Missouri. We live in Rock Port, MO, but love spending time at the lake. There are so many fun things to do at the lake area and many day trips that are a must. We love visiting the wineries and would highly recommend taking in a concert at the Amphitheater or Shawnee Bluff Vineyard. Both are amazing. We have so many favorite spots to eat - that you honestly can't go wrong with any of them. If you are visiting during the week, many offer great Happy Hour Specials! (My favorite) Just check out their websites for details.

This property is very large and spacious and having two screen in patios adds to the outdoor space. The large pool, sitting directly on the main channel, offers unbelievable sunset views just a few steps away. The entire property sets in a quite wooded area that adds to relaxation.
