The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 4 guests with one bedroom and two beds. Extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with room-darkening shades to create a restful environment. A TV in the bedroom offers entertainment when you are ready to relax indoors.



Living and comfort

The living area is furnished with another smart TV and comfortable seating, while high-speed WiFi keeps you connected. A dedicated workspace allows you to stay productive if needed. Essentials such as linens, towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and iron for convenience. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals with ease. Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges

incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes

• 8 or more days: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Monthly rate: $650 per month, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month, plus applicable taxes

These fees are standard across all reservations and are essential to maintaining the property’s premium amenities and guest services. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

- We reserve the right to move your reservation to a comparable unit if your unit becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
