The only issue we could possibly have was the road getting to the cabin. We had beautiful weather so we had no issues, but if the weather could possibly be bad, I think the driveway would be impossible. I know my vehicle would not make it if the weather was bad. Other than that, the cabin was perfect!

Thank you for staying with us. We hope to see you again soon.
The property was awesome. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was so nice to come back to each night and relax! We will return next year!
Great location! Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Clean and cozy place for two. Stocked as described. Drive up the road is very steep and parking is also at an angle so be sure to use your parking brake! Really enjoyed our stay!
Beautiful place and sitting. Driveway is very steep and could have better parking space area. But overall it’s a nice and clean place to stay.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the beauty of the place and found it clean and nice. We appreciate your feedback about the steep driveway and parking space and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We hope to welcome you back soon!
Enjoyed our stay greatly. Suggest that Should add to description that there are no condiments—not even salt or pepper or extra trash bags, dish soap. However this does not deter our hope to return.
The little cabin was perfect for my birthday getaway. It was very close to everything while being decently secluded. The road it's on though is for expert level drivers! VERY steep with some very tight turns but that comes with the mountains!
Good amount of sand/dirt in the hot tub, not sure when it was cleaned last. Floor was dirty and needed to be swept. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Dishes in cabinets were dusty and some were not clean. Very steep drive way not sure if it would be useable or safe in snow or ice.

Tree down
Tree down blocking driveway. All three days had to drive under and through the branches.

Hi Pete, our area did experience very strong winds prior to and during your stay. On this particular case, the power company was called in to remove some trees off of the lines. Then a vendor had to be called in to remove the tree. Unfortunately, these types of jobs take a few days. We are sorry you had to experience that but we do hope you still enjoyed your time in town.
It's a nice property but two of the pillows on the bed didn't have pillow cases. Luckily there was sheets and blankets put aside for turning the couch down so we put those pillowcases on the bed. The checking process through email was very confusing to understand, so I recommend signing up for the text messaging because his super easy to complete if you get it through text messages.
Other than those two things, the property was very nice. Located private on the last one on the drive way.

Poor property management
The cabin itself was very nice, the driveway was very steep, but we were forewarned. Our problem was getting the property manager to address the issues we had. The property advertised internet, we notified management multiple times via phone calls and messaging that it didnt work, they never had it fixed. We had no internet the entire time. There were problems with the hot tub, both cleanliness issues and heating issues, management wouldn't fix it. Finally, there was an issue with the exterior flood lights. The cabin is quite a ways off the road, and is extremely dark at night. The flood lights didnt work, when we brought this to their attention, we were told that the bulbs had to be replaced, but it would require a tall ladder. They were never replaced. We won't be going back to any cabin managed by this company.

We do not recommend this cabin or Aunt Bug’s to anyone. This place had 8+ dead bugs all along the floors, blinds, in the sink and on the bed. There was a layer of dust and dirt everywhere, along with glitter and black hair. We were denied early check-in due to “cleaning” but it was evident that no one had cleaned this place in weeks. We have over 20 photos of the dirt, non working lights, broken and missing grout in the floors, the buildup all in the dishwasher, the dead bugs, the dirt on the rug, the cigarette plastic on the floor, the “dust” that came flying off of the bed and sheets provided. My husband also checked the air return filter and there was more buildup and hair all over that as well. We had congestion from the very first night but had to eventually leave due to allergens, respiratory problems and the lack of sleep we were getting due to the squirrel infestation in the attic. We notified Aunt Bug’s of our grievances and wanting a refund but it was denied. We are actively seeking medical care with our Primary, as we both are having signs and symptoms of a sinus infection due to the condition of the cabin. On the way home, we researched the company and a few Facebook travel groups for reviews and many cite the lack of cleanliness and problems with the cabins. Listen to these reviews and run far far away…
