Great condo and great location! The only downside was that each bedroom is on a different floor, which made my daughter nervous, but that was written in the description and I missed it. Otherwise, it was a fabulous experience and we would definitely consider returning!

Awesome place

Great place really close to winter park resort. Very spacious for our group of 7. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking after the slopes!

Great Condo

We had a family of 4 stay for a few days of skiing. Kitchen has all the amenities you need. Just wish the Hot Tub was bigger.

Great Place

Location was perfect, near a lot of restaurants and a short drive to the slopes. Very clean and stocked and great communication with the owner. We went with 4 adults and 2 kids and the place was perfect, games for the kids was very helpful. We’d stay here again if it’s available.

We had a great time and the condo was perfect. Everything was clean, everything worked, supplies were stocked, and garage is always a bonus on ski trips! The hot tub was clean, easy to use and a great bonus. I would book here again! Thanks for being great hosts!

Nice, clean house. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with ingredients and kitchenware to cook for a big family. If you use the fireplace or the oven, it’ll keep upstairs really warm but shuts off the heaters downstairs. Unfortunately, only one thermostat for 3 floors.

Fantastic rental

Location was great - near ski park, restaurants and shops. Awesome hiking trails a short walk from door - complete with Moose!! Comfortable accommodations- clean, huge closets and full kitchen. Loved the decor!! The welcome basket, lovely shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, cozy comforters and pillows and hot tub made our stay complete. Will definitely be booking this rental again in the near future!

Fraser/Winter Park

Loved this condo. It was comfortable and had everything we needed; enough space for a family of 6, not to feel like we were on top of each other. It’s a great location too; 2-3 min from Winter Park,10-15 min from Grandby. It was very quiet and overall was awesome.

Ski trip

Property was about 10 minutes to the parking lot for Winter Park Resort. Hot tub was clean and perfectly warm. It was a great set up for our 3 couples. Overall it seemed like a good value.

Great condo in a great setting.

There’s easy access to trails right out the front door and town is just a few minutes by car. The well appointed kitchen is open to the living room — providing ample space to hang out during meal prep. Two balconies provide easy indoor-outdoor flow; and the front mudroom provides plenty of space for all your gear. The condo had everything we needed for a restful getaway.

Overall lovely stay

We had a great stay in Winter Park. The only downside is that there was dog hair everywhere. We specifically looked for a house that did not allow pets due to my son having asthma and he’s had some negative reactions to pet hair, luckily he wasn’t allergic to this dog. Other than that, the property was as described and a great location in Winter Park!

Gorgeous, great location & perfect in every way!

This property exceeded our expectations! Beautifully appointed, plentiful kitchenware and household amenities, and super comfortable beds. Perfect for our group of 8. The townhouse was spotless and wow! is it conveniently located - close to town AND the mountain bus stop. We enjoyed the plentiful trails throughout Rendezvous and will most definitely be back for a winter stay. Already told several of my friends about this property.
