Aqua Vacation Rentals Morningstar Shores is located on Town Line and is a beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home located in the heart of Union Pier just steps to downtown and a few blocks to the beach. As you enter the home the dining room is very welcoming with space for all to sit together for dinners or to play games. The living room has two rooms one with a fire place and seating area and the other with a TV for watching movies with the family or enjoying the outdoors from the large picture window. There's also a small table for the kids to play games, color or read books. The kitchen area has all you need for basic cooking with a coffee maker, toaster and popcorn maker. This spacious home features 3 large bedrooms, one with a king bed and ensuite, the second with a queen bed and the third with a full bed and two twin bunk beds. Off of the living and dining room there's a beautiful three season room with plenty of space for all to enjoy. This three season room walks out onto a spacious deck that overlooks a large yard with a fire pit, gas grill and plenty of seating for dining or just relaxing outdoors. The drive way is great for little ones to ride their trike or bicycle plus there's a basketball hoop. During your stay take a stroll to the Union Pier Market for those last minute items before heading to the beach and stop at Blackcurrant Bakehouse for a sandwich or pastries. Have lunch at Milda's or Nani's and have ice cream at Izzy's Bean and Gelato Shoppe located in the Pumpernickel Inn. Heading to the beach? Stop at Red Arrow Ride to rent your Maui Mat, paddle board or floating devices. You can also rent bikes to take a scenic ride down Lakeshore Road. There are also antique and home decor shops in the area that are walkable. In the mood for a little wine tasting? Head down Union Pier Rd just a ways for some adventure at the Roundbarn Tasting Room and St. Julian's. New Buffalo is also just a 5 minute car ride from the house and there's so much more to do in the area that we are happy to tell you more about. Come and enjoy all this home has to offer in Union Pier.

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

- All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
- Minimum age of 30 years old to rent.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- No smoking
- NO Pets allowed
- Events, parties and large gatherings are not allowed
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit is refundable less a $300 cancellation fee if cancelled 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for the dates then the $300 cancellation fee applies. There is no refund for early departure.
