Marina Sol A605 Condo

We liked the area close to everything, the pool was nice and the place was not crowded, the staff was nice. What we did not like was that the bathroom in the master bedroom smelled really bad, Gabriel came to ask about it but never came back, the bathroom smelled like a sewer drain. The tv did not have many channel options, we were told my Tom about the 25 dollar credit at the restraunt down stairs and when we went we were told we didnt have a credit. We had to ask for a key to enter the side gates apparently the owners did not know about that key. We will probably not stay there again.

I wish the guest would have let us know that the bathroom was not fixed properly. We would have immediately sent our crew in again to be sure that everything was functioning properly with no odor. As of April 1st we offered a discounted rate of $135/night instead of $250/night for this unit and with this new promotion it did not include the $25 credit at Serrano's Bar. We are sorry that the guest was confused about this promotion. For security purposes at Marina Sol guests must enter through the lobby entrance only. The side entrance is only for owners at Marina Sol.
