Luxury four-bedroom, pet friendly home situated on a canal in Sailmaker Cove and overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound!

High end appliances in the kitchen, along with granite counter tops and other incredible amenities. Master bedroom has a king bed, 1st guest bedroom also has a king, guest bedroom 2 has a queen, and 4th guest bedroom has one twin and one full. In addition there are four bunk beds in the hallway upstairs - the kids will love it!

At the end of a sun-soaked day on Navarre Beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the house. Step out onto the decks from the living room and soak in the amazing views of the water. Almost every bedroom offers a private deck too! The house is pet friendly too, so bring your four-legged family member with you. It also offers paddleboards and even an EV charger in the garage! This gated community offers a pool that is located just steps from the home. You don't want to miss out on this one-of-a-kind luxury home on Navarre Beach!

Great Stay

The home was great. Spacious, all of us had our own space but still had community areas to hang out together. The bikes were nice as well, and the walk to the beach is just a short walk across the street.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay during Memorial Day week. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds and their separate TV area. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kayaks and chairs provided by the owner. Definitely recommend this beautiful house.

The rental had everything we needed for a great Spring Break stay! The location was perfect and the views were amazing from the decks. Our kids love to fish so it was a huge plus that they could walk right out the back door to fish and kayak. Short walk to the beach.

This home is beautiful and you can see the ocean from every deck. We walked to the beach, kayaked, and watched stingrays, birds, huge fish and crabs from the back porch. Highly recommend this home for your family. It was perfect!

The BEST place we have ever rented! Location was absolutely perfect, beds are SUPER comfortable the house was large and perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. So much to do! The sound is in the backyard and the beach is directly across the street. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Outstanding Home

Outstanding home for families and friends. We had ages 70 down to 6 years old. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room for togetherness. The teenagers and young adults enjoy using the kayaks right outside the door. The pool is a 30 sec walk and the beach was just across the street. This was the perfect place to come and enjoy our son in laws Air Force retirement. A memory we won’t forget.

In no particular order: Almost nothing worked. We had to call the property manager every day. Internet did not work. Washer was not user friendly. Water was turned off twice with no warning. Leak in outdoor shower. Kayak broken. Bicycles were ridiculous and tires were low.Outdoor cushions were sparse. Gas grill no gas. Major lawn work while we were there. Parked in driveway. Noise. Kitchen supplies sub standard. Ice maker did not work. Toilet paper sub standard. No kleenex. Had to use neighbor's internet.

This is an ideal location to get away from Chicago area winter weather and regenerate. There is a large amount of construction in the area but this home is acts as a oasis with its back porches and access to the Gulf beach.We plan on coming back next year for another visit.Hoping it is available for us to enjoy.

Wonderful house, wonderful location!!

My husband and I had our 4 adult children and spouses and our grandchild stay at this house. It was wonderful! The layout of the house with separate bathrooms for each bedroom and the first floor master suite were great for all of us. The kitchen and living area was a dream. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans for lots of cooking. The location of being on the sound and a VERY short walk to the Gulf was spectacular. There was so much space for group gatherings but also good space for private time. So many decks for lounging, eating, viewing..... we even saw dolphins in the sound! We would 100% re-rent this home!!
