This is a very unique Penthouse unit at Navy Cove. Upgraded interior and
large balcony that offers views in each direction. Large deeded boat slip just outside the unit that also has a drop down finger pier for easier access in and out of smaller boats. Fishing here is great whether it be off the dock or in your own boat. Quiet location near enough to everything but far enough you don't have the large crowds. Bring your sense of adventure and see what Navy Cove has in store.

Came down with family and loved the unit and its location. 3 days of fishing which were excellent. Boat slip right under the unit water and electric hook up. We were able to motor a mile of to Tacky Jacks and eat and also fuel up the boat. Great place to fish with quick near shore rigs that hold lots of fish.

We had a wonderful trip! David’s unit was very nicely decorated, more spacious than we expected and clean from top to bottom. We enjoyed spending time with family and friends in the open kitchen/living room as well as the very large balcony. We were able to bring our boat and kept it in the very conveniently located slip right by the unit. Communication with David was very timely and he made sure we knew he was just a phone call away if we needed anything at all. We will definitely be back! Thank you David for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

A week on top of the world

The condo was roomy, comfortable, well stocked, well furnished, and the views were exceptional. We spent a lot of time on the wrap around deck, which also was furnished nicely. The boat slip was just below the condo and very handy. The only negative was the elevators were not operational due to damage from a prior hurricane, but that provided an opportunity to get a little extra exercise.

A beautiful unit in a beautiful and peaceful location

This was the perfect place for a family reunion of older siblings and the Navy Cove area was peaceful and convenient. Although our timing was critical dodging a tropical storm, we were able to rearrange our trip to accommodate everyone. We realize the hurricane seasons might be risky but with travel insurance and being able to rearrange dates with the owner made our trip successful. This unit has the best view and accommodations of all. Navy Cove marina provided us all the fishing we cared to partake in, from catching our own bait with a cast net to fishing off the piers in the morning or later at night. We will stay again in the future.

Basically 4 stories and ELEVATORS not functioning!!

Have visited Navy Cove Harbor for about 20 years (often more than once per year). I have knee issues and one person in our group is special needs. Having to navigate 4 flights of stairs in 90 degree temperatures is unacceptable. We had to carefully plan and limit all outdoor activities because of this issue. Someone decided to locate a large roll off dumpster full of rotted garbage at the bbq grilling area. It obviously was unusable. The condo had a slight fishy odor (we fish but never clean fish or cut bait inside) The master tub would not drain properly. Spilled a little water on kitchen floor used hand towel to clean up and the towel tuned brown. Doubt the floor has been mopped anytime recently. We do understand that last year’s hurricane caused some issues but it appears that the HOA is disengaged or at the very least unorganized. I have another trip scheduled in late September at Navy Cove (different condo) but may reconsider.

The perfect vacation

We had a great time and really enjoyed being able to keep our boat right behind the unit. The owners description said it was not kid friendly but our kids had a blast. We definitely plan on coming back. Kitchen was super nice we cooked every meal.
