It is the ideal place for entertaining family and friends.

Prepare fabulous meals in the brand new gourmet kitchen with a double oven, gas stove, microwave, TWO dishwashers, 48" Refrigerator, and large island with tons of counter space – or get your grill on outside with the built-in 6-burner stainless steel natural gas grill. Entertain in style with both an outdoor dining area and a formal dining room. Either way, there’s room for 8 to dine in comfort.

Whether watching the big game or taking in a movie, the spacious family room can accommodate everyone with plenty of seating and a brand new 65” LG® 4k Smart TV. In the center of the house is a large formal living room with high ceilings, plenty of seating, and a wall of glass for an unobstructed view of the mountains. If you’re looking for a bit more privacy, the huge master suite also has its own sitting area, 65” smart TV, 4 poster bed, motorized blinds, large walk-in closet, and fantastic master bathroom with Jacuzzi, double sink, and extra-large shower. Two large guest bedrooms, each with their own full bath/shower also feature large smart TVs

The fourth bedroom, next to the Master bedroom, is an attached “casita” with its own street entrance and direct access to the pool. All 4 bedrooms feature new king-size pillow-top mattresses and luxurious Frette™ linens.

Outside, there’s plenty of room to relax and socialize, cool off by the waterfall in the private pool, or warm up in the attached hot tub with room for 8.

The garage can keep two cars cool and secure, and if you have a Tesla, you can recharge it here too with the built-in 240v 40 amp charger!

Great couples golf getaway

We stayed at the house on a 4 couples golf getaway. The house was perfect for our stay. Jeff and Steve were very helpful. The house is very spacious. The kitchen is very big and was well stocked with spices if you plan to cook. The outdoor space is a wonderful place to hang out of an evening. We will definitely come back again

couldn't have been better

It was so nice when we first entered the house because everything looked even better than advertised. Ensuites and king beds for all.All kinds of hideaways to get away for some private time. Terrific pool and hot tub with plenty of outdoor seating and fire pit. And the master suite made you want to sleep in every day. Our hosts welcomed us and checked in on us and were just a phone call away. heartily recommend!

Couples Golf Retreat

Fantastic property. Property manager was very communicative. Met us at the property and walked us through all the homes amenities.Location was fantastic for easy, quick access to several beautiful golf locations, downtown, and hiking trails.Fifth year for this group to travel together. We've been to Lake Havasu, Scottsdale, Gilbert, and now PSP. All eight in our party ranked this location and property #1. Can't beat the HUGE kitchen, King beds and private baths for each couple. Hope to return in the next year or two.

Family Relief from DC

Absent the two long flights between DC and LA, the week in Palm Springs and surrounding attractions provided needed rest and recreation for the family. The house was a base, a destination of itself and site where we relaxed in the spa and enjoyed the full range of amenities offered by the house. The property managers were very accommodating. They provided needed recommendations and insights that put us on the right track for meal and excursions. Additionally, they were at the ready to assist us with whatever matters we needed. The family gave a strong thumbs up to the house, location, access, and communication with the property managers.

Many broken and old items in the house. Leaking window in master bedroom Veneer surface on Cupboard doors in kitchen peeling Dishwasher front panel fell off Garbage disposal jammed Garage door not set right so opened on its own Right hand Sink in master bath had gaseous odor Large sun screen in family room did not function Fans have no speed control No hook in guest toilet for hand towel Weeds/grass growing on deck near pool Light out on bbq Overall too expensive for a poor product. Nice Home but lots of deferred Maintenance,

We like the property but the gardener never showed up, The pool was not serviced according to the 2 times a week schedule. We kad a scorpion and a very large cockroach in the house. The landscaping needs trees trimmed, and plants pruned. Lots of dead plants. there is a large dead palm tree at pool side. It ruins the view of Mountains, The AC backed up and leaked into master BR ceiling. There are no screens on any doors or windows. the garage door was not working properly. We like the property manager--but we will never return to this home.

FIVE STARS EVENTUALLY (but worth it)

Hi there Well, we are back in Michigan and looking back on the wonderful time we had in PS. Thank you for tending to our issues so timely. We are grateful. Having been in the hotel business for 23 years and then CEO/President in Travel and Tourism sector, there are some suggestions regarding the fabulous property we rented to make it purely delightful! 1. The bed linens were superb, but the towels for inside use are badly in need of replacement. 2. Grab bars installed in all bathrooms would make a safer and higher ADA friendly property. Big selling point to highlight on your site for both aging and disabled population, as well as visitors with littles. As you know, these are important and big populations. Your desire to tend to any issues we needed you for is so apparent. 3. Please consider rails into the pool and hot tub for the same reason. Safety of all guests to access this fabulous highlight. The pool area is HUGE selling point and adding these safety features in your description makes it easier for your guests to know and BOOK your beauty. It unfortunately kept our 90 year old dad, who is very mobile but deep steps with no support, unable to easily access either easily. It took 4 people to assist our sister into and out of the pool without railings. She has a pool and during season, can get into and out of much needed water therapy, because she needs simple rails. We could not get her into the hot tub either, and I am a physical therapist. 4. The carpet, especially in front bedroom was pretty gross. It badly needs shampooing or replacing. The bed, unlike the other ultra comfy ones in all the rooms, was like laying on cement. It was my room, so that carpet and bed need attention. Maybe a feather bed on the mattress? I’m pretty flexible, but am paying for it now. 5. Great kitchen after the cleaning team scoured. But no tops anywhere and really scarce Tupperware. 6. Overall, this beauty of a home needs a refresh. Outside broken pots, outdoor cushions need to have a deep cleaning and we met two rats outside in the pool area one night. But we understand it’s not unusual even in the luxury location, since they LOVE the fallen fruits that surround with fruit and fragrance. Please know we were appreciative for the waiving of heating of pool and tub and the quick, A+ team you rushed out to us!

The pool photo is the real deal. It feels just as lovely as it looks. Good sized indoor spaces and well thought out outdoor areas. Feels like a well loved property. It's not new, so not everything works perfectly, but Christopher is right there to do his best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Great house at the end of a cul-de-sac. Beautiful views of the mountains, and very quiet. Christopher was very helpful. The house is nicer than what you see in the pictures. The pool is small, but we have elementary school age kids so it worked.

Chris was a wonderful property manager. Attentive, quick to respond, and humored us with some of our silly questions. The home is expansive and stunning. Tastefully furnished and though there were several adults staying in the house at once, we all had our own space. A bit far(walking) from DT Palm Springs, but if you're one for peace and tranquility, expansive views, comfortable beds, sofas and a kitchen built for entertaining, this is your spot. Thank you!
