At Elsa’s, a new apartment (2022) located in the heart of the Baie de Somme in the secure “Les Hauts des Saint Val” residential complex. From this comfortable 44-square-meter apartment, you’ll be just a 3-minute walk from the Saint-Valery-sur-Somme waterfront. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the complex (lift available). A parking space is provided. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. The bedroom features a double bed. The kitchen and living room, which open onto the balcony, are bathed in natural light.

The apartment
The apartment is brand-new (completed in late 2022). The building has only two floors in total; the apartment is on the ground floor. The double bed in the bedroom measures 140x200 cm. All windows have electric roller shutters.

Guest access
Access to the secure, free car park via 243 Rue Saint Pierre. Parking within the residence (1 space only). Entry and exit require a key fob. Street parking is available (24€/day). There is only one free car park in Saint Valery, about a 2.5-km walk away. The path leading there runs along the Somme River. Paid parking is in effect throughout the city from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., except between noon and 2 p.m.
